Thank you for addressing this. I'm one of the ones that requested this topic. For someone that is on prednisone, what would the optimal diet look like? A lot of AI patients go low carb saying that prednisone messes up glucose metabolism.
Im trying to dig my self out of fatigue i think i caused from substance abuse combined with keto diet and a regular powerbuilding gym routine all while adding sauna sessions. Its been like a year with shortness of breath, carbs have been the savior and finding this channel along with others
yeah it is always combinations of more things and so you are burning the rope from both ends so to speak.. People always think that the last thing they did before the crash is the cause. But in fact the body was under a lot of chronic stres way before that and the last event was just breaking point..
@@jirihutecka9020ya i totally agree, but its like people dont know better its why we are here, you have to go down these different health philosophies to learn for yourself truly even of your at risk of harming your own health to be able to speak from a place of experience and wisdom. Like i feel the information this channel puts out is incredible but i wouldnt truely be grasping the significance of it if it wasnt for my previous knowledge and experience with these other modalities and also the fact that this information truly is revitalizing my health. Like my mom is on keto right now but because shes losing weight she feels like shes doing the right thing and its sorta disheartening cause i feel like it was me that put her on to keto but now my perspective has changed and i cant get her to realize that she going down the same hole i went through and am in and am trying to get out of but i cant blame her cause if it wasnt for me getting sick with symptoms so obviously getting worse from the keto diet id probably still be applying keto/carnivore principals in my life right now.
From my experience the worst part about chronic fatigue and complete burnout is that once you know you are in trouble it is too late to fix it easily. You can fix it easily during the stage where stress hormones are still high and you have plenty of energy. The problem is people in that stage don't feel that they have any issues. They actually feel good, energetic and can push their body like crazy. I did this for years with exercise, cutting diets, working at night etc. etc.. Next thing I know I couldn't even walk.. All stress hormones low. No aldosterone so without tsp of salt in every glass of water I would basically pass out from extremely low blood pressure.. The body is smart. In this stage you are simply forced to do nothing and just rest. The bad news is that it looks like you will never be the same again.. Even if you fully recovery it is like your body remembers that crash and now it wont let you push full gas like before.. At least that is my experience that xx later after crash I am still not the same.. Btw the worst thing that someone can take during that burnout is thyroid hormones or adrenal cortex.. Yeah it will give you energy. But you need to rest and heal not push the gas pedal to the floor again.. Which if you feel good and have energy again because you are taking hormones what you think people will do. Push the body again.. So it is about rebuilding your life style. For me I had to stop endurance sports. I love riding bike for hours and hours. But I realized that it was so bad for me to add stress from endurance exercise on top of stress from normal life like work etc.. Also sugar I know you guys are sugar guys, but I am 100% with nutritional balancing on this one. Even fruits, fruit juices they stimulate the body/adrenals like crazy and people in burnout simply can't eat simple carbs if they want to heal.. Complex carbs with protein and fats multiple times a day to keep the blood sugar stable.. It sucks. You don't feel that energy kick, But that's exactly what is needed. TO feel like "oh I need to just lay down instead of go outside play sports..." But not just sports. Even technology like PC games, porn, intense movies or even worse gambling etc.. They all stimulate the body like crazy and lead to burnout.. Especially with bad diet.. Today even kids under 15 have adrenal burnout. From all the energy drinks, PC games, porn etc. it is crazy..
This is me from 3 different chronic health issues all related to energy. To top it off I had B12 crash. I know I probably will never have the energy I once had. I can totally relate to your description of daily life now. The B12 was the straw that broke the camel's back.
Hello, I have adrenal exhaustion/fatiuge, hypothyroidism and sibo. I'm bed/house bound. I also have adrenaline dysautonomia as a result. Have either of you had experience with clients like this? My situation is very extreme. You summed up my journey in this video very well. Including the use of steroids no longer feeling like they help me anymore.
What about adding progesterone when we dont produce it anymore? I am 62, postmenopausal for over 10 years. Progesterone is suppose to calm stress hormones which everybody is dominant after a certain age. Thank you for your videos🙂
Hi Jay, I listen to loads of your videos. I appreciate what you do. Did you know B12 deficiency is at epidemic levels around the world. I think more people need to be aware of this. It is a very slow and insidious progression to a painful death. It is often misagnosed as MS and other problems. Symtoms of which there are many are different in everyone. No one person has the same symptoms. I was fine until I wasn't. The medical community are very under trained or not at all in B12. deficiency. It's a deep subject with many many nuances. Low b12 will cause great fatigue. It's taken me 2 years to figure out what happened to me and how to fix it. There is weight gain which is difficult to budge which is very frustrating, that comes with supplementing b12 and all the other b vitamins. I would love some insight on that aspect. I'd love to see you address this at some point. Doctors are clueless.
Why do adrenal fatigue and sleeplessness or frequent wake ups through the night seem to go hand-in-hand? One explanation that made some sense is that the body isn’t using glucose or glycogen properly, so it is waking us up to go hunt for food at night when we become depleted in a fasting state. It does seem like people with adrenal fatigue should not be doing intentional fasting. Do you agree?
I was diagnosed with Addison's Disease in 2020. And then I found out I can't digest animal proteins well so keto or the carnivore diet is not for me. Do you have any recommendations on the type of diet that I should try I'm thinking either vegetarian or pescatarian? Thank you!
I'd recommend working on supporting your protein digestion so that you can digest animal proteins. Also the lighter animal proteins like seafood, low-fat fish, and poultry might be better options for right now. We talked through general diet recommendations in this episode: ua-cam.com/video/U54ZXzacJ0o/v-deo.html

its very challenging to remove stress
Is there any actual evidence that nutrition alterations and regulating thyroid actually heal mitochondria in long term adrenal fatigued persons?
So adrenal insufficiency is like type 1 diabetes while adrenal fatigue is like type 2 diabetes?
Better throw out that adrenal extract right away.
