Fort Clark Springs is a nice place Rusty. If I was in your spot I'd keep that place for the duration. Maybe get a small trailer for Zozo you could go hang out there during the warm season
I joined the American sewing guild chapter in my area. Neighborhood groups meet during the month. I work at Walmart and attend groups when I can!! Simple-dimple🎉🎉🎉🎉
Starlink has a mini satellite now that you can use in those places with lousy cell service. It has the wifi modem built in so it's just a matter of setting it out to where the satellite sees it. It's expensive for unlimited service at $165 a month but they have a plan where you get 50 GB's for $50 a month and can get extra GB's as you go. Could use that in conjunction with your cell service and have fast, solid wifi when you need it and have no cell service.
He had the original Starlink which was fussier to set up and required a separate modem. The new Starlink mini is smaller, very portable, and has the wifi modem built in. People are even using it by setting it on their dashboard or taping it to their sunroof to have wifi while they travel.
I love your idea, that's the best way to enjoy everything you like to do, keep your single wide as a stable home base, along with your two car garage property in the summer. You can travel anywhere you like, for as long as you like and can always have a place to go take a break for awhile.
