Nice solid camera mount and good view with no focus/shake fuzzing problems. Personally, I have no problem hearing a voice when it's not as loud as things like road noise, but that's exactly your situation. The mic needs to be closer to you, or directional toward you, or it's time to plug a real mic into it. Lavalier mic clipped to your collar would be good, or a directional mic pointed at you from wherever. I paid $30 for a mic on sale on Amazon, and it's amazing how much better it sounds than any mic built into a phone or camera. (Brand was Comica, I think, though there are plenty of good brands $30 to $50)
