In this video, I'll explain the simple process (although some people prefer I say "hack", so it's an "SEO ranking hack", I guess 😬) for ranking first at the top of Google's search results.
It's the same process I've been using for (roughly) ten years. Algorithm updates have come and gone during that time (inc. the Medic Update - • What Is E-A-T? (and Ho... ), yet my process has stayed pretty much exactly the same.
I used it to rank local business websites, like plumbers and electricals, in 2010. I used it to rank eCommerce stores in 2015. And my team and I use the same process today (with some tweaks) to rank hundreds of businesses every year at the top of Google.
It doesn't require any tools or special processes and "SEO hacks". It's just regular SEO that works **every time**. Anyone can do it.
If you want to get your website in the first position of Google in 2021 (and in 2022, 2023, and so on), this is the only video you need to watch.

Question: You mentioned Passive Link Building. How are people supposed to link to your content "passively" if you're not showing up on page 1? No one's going to go to page 5 of Google, even you have god-like content.

The strategy actually isn't too different if you're reviewing other people's content.
Step 1: Find out what your target readers/visitors are searching for (it could be " reviews", " alternatives" "best on Netflix")
Step 2: Write for that
Step 3: Optimise and build links
Step 4: Monetise :)

Hey Arnold, broad keyword match for PPC ads? Yes, it can be!
For SEO, targeting broad keywords is also definitely viable, though it depends how competitive your space is and how competitive your site is. Usually you'll want to start with targeting narrower keywords initially to build some traffic, and then broaden your target keywords over time.

As someone running an affiliate website, while hunting for keywords, when searching for a particular keyword manually and amazon and appears on the first position or the first page, is that a good keyword to go for? can one outrank amazon, and if that is possible, how?
Hey Fonex, very tough to outrank Amazon though it is definitely possible.
An effective strategy for affiliates is to target "Best " type searches. Often these searches will bring info sites rather than buy sites like Amazon.
