    Great video thanks. You mentioned that the linked tasks / cards could be created on another board. I dont see that option. How do I do that please?

    Thank you Scott. That really was one of the best tips for Trello. Now you can see the overview in the project card and distribute the tasks in the board according to urgency or status.

    This is an amazing tip! Is there a way to create a rule that will assign the same label present in the card containing the checklist on the created cards? I only find a rule that ask you to assign a specific label but this won't work

    this worked well with the exception that the tasks do not appear on the "Tasks" list showing the due date. How do I get my linked tasks to show the due date so I can click complete from the tasks list rather than the Sub- Tasks?

    The best Trello tip I"ve ever seen! A question: can you do it the other way around? Can Trello replicate a card into a checklist and make it an item? I've been dying with this cause I use cards for Titles mainly and there's not as much you can automate if it's a checklist item. Please help hahaha

    • @Simpletivity
      @Simpletivity  6 місяців тому

      Thanks for the question! While I haven't tested this out myself, I do believe that it is possible. You would just need to specify the rules such as 'every new card in this list' or 'every card with this label' would become a checklist item in a particular card.

    Thank you so much for this! I have done this but I have many sub tasks across various projects. Therefore, when I apply your automation the sub task have the same names. Is there a rule where I can automate adding of the label from the (main) project card to the converted card. I would be grateful if you can help. I just can’t wrap my head around it!

    I really wanted to use this power up. You did a good job walking us through it. However, I'm a little unsure about the cost. I see that when you make a change, the sync happens immediately, and the Unito plans show that there are only two options with prices that get you that sync timing... the 14 day trial which is of course free and the Business plan that costs $1,439/month. I feel like that's just incredibly too high. Why so high? Who's buying this? Even the basic plan starts at $65 and that comes with 15 minute sync delays. Who wants that?

    this has been the most understandable guide to using trello. I have a follow up question. is it possible to un-checkmark the parent box if the child is un-marked done? suppose someone needs to do revisions on the task so it gets moved back into rotation.
