I am a student-athlete in university (canada) and this information for copying your productivity strategy is very valuable.

Do you keep the Trello app on your phone, or keep it strictly desktop? What if some of us have really good ideas coming in the moment throughout the day, or during leisure time, and need somewhere to put it but don’t want to have so many apps in my mobile?

Hi, I'ver read Cal's books, and he advocates carrying a small notebook around to jot down ideas in (or you could use Notes app too, I suppose). Then in the evening add notes to relevant boards/calendar :)

Good to have a small notebook for "brain dumping". Then input to the respective categories and such. Hope it helps
      Edit: typo

Extremely late, but I will share for anyone who comes across this. If you have an iPhone, I use reminders with siri. Something will pop into my head and ill just say "Hey siri remind me to blah blah blah" it then is automatically added to your reminders app. Then I go through that once or twice a week to sort through it. Its great because you don't need to unlock your phone at all and its faster than any type of writing/typing capture technique.

Hii! What are the advantages of having a Trello(or a similar) board over multiple Google Agendas sheets?
