Bring the Corporation Officials, EB Officials along with Corporation Officials who gave permission as well as Legal Experts and Bank officials also in the enquiry and make them liable to compensate the Apartment owners.Establish accountability so that such callous mistakes are prevented in future.Each if the culprits must be made to undergo the torture the house / flat owners and made liable for the actions.

Also why the corporation not put legal action board out side and approach EB to cut power, why corporation extend water supply and sewage connection. Courts are not protecting common man. Court should atleat give clear direction from this case only after deviation less construction should give EB power, water supply and sewage connection. The completion certificate should be exhibit in corporation web site. Also people should not fall on trap like builders told the deviation will be regularised shortly etc. When " Twin towers demolised", why not this. Is those who do genuine law obeying construction are fools. Law is law. Pity is poor buyers, the builder property confocicated and given to byers.

Every building construction should go through so many government bodies like local township, Electricity, Water board, local development authorities, fire station and even sometimes local police station… in that case, all the officials and builder should be punished before touching the building. This is one common ridiculous issue everywhere… only people who invested are becoming victims end of day 😡😡
