  • This tutorial is for new or inexperienced users of the UCSC Genome Browser. You will be shown how to
    0:53 Adjust the display of the browser so that the data and text labels are clear and easy to read.
    You will also be shown the many different ways you can navigate the genome using
    5:53 Genomic coordinates
    7:11 Gene names
    9:20 Zooming in and out
    10:12 Panning left and right
    12:44 Selection.
    You should be confident to use and interact with the browser after this tutorial.
