    Thank you for this nice video! How do you get your own RNAseq data set up into genome browser for these type of analysis?

      Make an account on cyverse and host your large files there, then link them in a custom track on ucsc. Can be bigwig or bam if I remember rightly - check out the instructions on ucsc.

    Frustrating for newcomers is that now the ucsc browser has no reference to REMC or the roadmap project that I can find on any track config.

      You can find the roadmap data if you look in the track hub section - "Roadmap Epigenomics Data Complete Collection at Wash U VizHub" on Hg19 and hg38. Hope this is what you are looking for?
