I bought the Belkin magsafe 10000 battery in white simply because Belkin products are always top notch. IT's bulky, but much better then the ANker ones in terms of optimization, and versatility. It's bulky, but It is the same size as the phone so it's aesthetically doable. I now recently bought the Apple magsafe battery simply to test whether it will make a good christmas gift

When I first used ankers 622 after a few weeks I didn’t notice they got that warm until I started testing out others and noticed they do get a lot warmer than what I experienced the first time. If they were, and if they were quite strong, you could use nearly any MagSafe accessory with the battery just like with the iPhone. With the design they chose, MagSafe wallets won’t line up properly, for example.
Nice review. I've been dumping cables anywhere possible so the Otterbox is the clear winner. Picked up a 3-in-1 wireless charging station with an angled rest for a phone, a flat horizontal pad for AirPods or other devices, and a dedicated rest for an Apple Watch. The horizontal charger for AirPods is also perfect for the Otterbox - sits perfectly in the space provided and charges with zero fuss. Gone from fiddling around with multiple separate cables and plugs for phone, watch, headphones and battery pack to a single dock that charges everything just by laying the device down. My nightly habit is to place the phone and watch on charge, if I used the Otterbox during the day it goes on there as well, and once a week, the Airpods go on instead. All with no fiddling with plugs, a single cable and a single C3 wall adaptor. The only downside is that I haven't been able to get pass-through wireless charging to work on my 3rd Party AirPods case when wirelessly charging the Otterbox pack. It will wirelessly pass through charge my iPhone but not the Airpods - no idea if that's because it's not a legit case or something about the battery pack. That would be the ultimate final piece as I could just drop the AirPods on top of the Otterbox while it's wirelessly charging and give them a boost as well!
Anker is such a great brand when it comes to price/quality ratio. I ordered it just because now only have to carry a single Type C cable both for my MacBook and iPhone. IMHO, Anker looks the best out of these three.
I like your take on the MagSafe battery roundup. But correction: the Otterbox 5k DOES come in another color, White. Because I have that exact model, and for the MagSafe input charging. The 5k and MagSafe input features are exclusive to the 5k models. Overall, I like my Apple MagSafe battery better. Better magnets, iOS optimization built in for battery health, and potential for more firmware updates.
@@jcap8391 it’s a little different compared to these since these are powerbanks with integrated stands unlike the moft snap stand power set which is separate with the wallet and battery pack but in terms of if it were to be compared as an all in one unit to these it is smaller and offers less battery power than these battery packs. However if your not looking for too much battery power but a little boost in battery throughout the day with similar stand capabilities like the anker 622 the moft snap stand power set is a great choice 👍
Otterbox is not the first one. Zens did same thing earlier. BUT…still…quite a unique experience and the way apple should have done it. At least, from one side so I can leave it always on some wireless charger and know that it’s ready.

Louie maybe it does work on androids but I haven’t tested it out on any android phones. However it is qi wireless and it’s MagSafe compatible, but it couldn’t charge my iPhone 8 only my 13 pro max
