Thanks Nikko, you make it look easy but luckily you said it's not easy. Guess it's like everything practice makes "perfect" or at least doable!!? Do you know when your book will be published in English please?
Dear @minorthreat5276, You clearly have the stamina of a caveman of old, and as clearly, you don’t suffer from any glutes-related trouble. I have no other choice though than to calculate with life in the third millennium. People are busy, unintentionally neglect their glutes, and get into trouble. It’s my experience that advising people to do a 100 repetitions of a certain exercise per week will lead to a yearly average of about zero repetitions. Advising people to do 8 to 12 repetitions of a certain exercise trice a day results in a yearly average of over 10,000 repetitions. Kind regards, Nikko

Hi Jo, We working like mad on the English version, but I'm still afraid it will be September. I'll keep you notified! Ciao, Nikko
@@nikkonorte. thank you, I'll be patient, give me something to look forward to in Autumn 👍👍
Thats BS. U can do 100 body (deep/full) squats 1x a week and your quads and butt will stay firm and strong. Been doing that for decades.
