As a former tech support agent.. I can confirm.. asking for the manager is not in your best interest.. that is when we get little bursts of happiness 😊. Because they will tell you the same thing we just told you. They may say it slower, they may phrase it differently.. but it's the same rule that you and everyone else has to follow. You are not special.. at least not in the way you think. Especially!! When you are rude to the initial employee.. then the manager makes it their mission to make sure you don't get the thing you want that we aren't allowed to do. And we, the initial contact, get to listen to the whole thing. 😁😁🤔 Be nice to the people you are asking to help you. There's your PSA kids!

She claimed I cut her off in line even though I didn't so I did the bigger person thing by walking to the back of the line the Karen was still complaing about me like wtf you got your way. I've talked to someone that's against wearing masks and boy was it terrible. She claimed that wearing masks kills your brain cells so that means that you're getting stupider. I asked her what she thinks about surgeons that have to wear multiple masks, yet they are still pretty smart. She walked away.

You just have to wear it when going in public where there are people. There are asymptomatic patients, like me. My entire family almost died while I was perfectly fine. The thought of losing them made me cry almost every day for months. My mom is still struggling to recover. My grandma passed away on the 25th of March this year. She had a cancerous tumor behind her thyroid and ultimately died of starvation. She looked like a corpse. She had to deal with COVID and chemo therapy. She was 77.
These people are monstrous and pathetic, not realising what they are doing or living in ignorance.

I work in the call center industry. Karens are in our daily basis. I understand there are some stuff a manager can fix or handle but most of them, the "escalation" is because they do not like the answer. "NO is "no", and they do not understand, they ask for a manager to keep complaining and to still get a "No" from the manager LOL
One large step for man and 10 steps back for karens
Some Karens misunderstand at least one key fact, and when it's told to them, they're so embarrassed that they keep arguing anyway. They're afraid of looking like morons, so they try to look tough and stand their ground. They hope to exhaust everyone around them and make them fold, just to get the situation over with. I have many Karens in my family, so I've learned to work around their insanity as best I can.

It is one of the words that people tend to mispronounce when their primary method of acquiring new words in their formative years was reading books rather than speaking to others.
The one that makes my ears bleed when I hear it is flaccid.... pronounced flak-sid... which makes sense when you think about how ‘cc’ is usually pronounced but it still really grates...

These 3 examples each evoke 2 separate thoughts. First, I’m literally embarrassed for them. To be grown women and lack ANY common sense and social skills is truly shameful.
