In Italy so many people left carts around they had to use locks.
To get a cart you have to put a €1 coin in it, which is given back only when the cart returned at the rail.
This solved most of the problems.
They had that in Germany in 2014. They do that at Aldi’s in the US too
Seems a bit too cheap to work very effectively, imo. Its not like anyone would miss that single coin.

If you don't think that egging a car doesn't leave any damage, you've never tried to remove dried egg off a car. That stuff BIG TIME eats through the clear coat and causes damage that sometimes requires a respray. 👀

@Scotty secretly loves Chryslers Well, if you would possess a shred of literacy you'd have noticed that I never said anything about your cars, I was merely observing that a 10k paintjob that gets scratched by a soft magnet (which are designed to go on cars and bend themselves really easily, you know, to not cause damage on paintwork) might not be worth 10k.
But I guess the way you immediately switch to insults because you think somebody said something bad about your cars points to far more serious issues than just poor reading comprehension.

I work in an affluent city at a grocery store. I have to admit my biggest pet peeve is watching people leave their carts walking distance from the cart rack. I get it’s part of my job to grab carts but I respect this mad lads crazy work. Lol though is he really doing anything besides being annoying.

The funny thing is, he’s kind of insane. But he picks the best people to pick on. They lose their actual shit and reveal they are far nastier than you would have originally thought. So you kind of end up not caring about the brat having a tantrum and then you laugh at his jokes.
Ill also say- I have never seen him dog a mother of 4 wrangling all her kids into a minivan and leaving the cart on the curb because she is tired. I have never seen him go after a minor. Now, that’s not to claim he hasn’t. If he has that makes him much crazier. But I think it does say something that I haven’t seen it.

I think the bigger issue is his confrontational demeanor, if he just hid and threw the bumper sticker on the car, and they didn't notice until later it would be more effective.

I concur.. Walmart is literally the worst store on the planet.. not even the store's fault (most of the time) it's the people who flock there. The people who stop to have a conversation and block the whole isle.. the people who walk at the pace of someone waking to the gallows who are not handicapped in any way.. the people who just drop the frozen or cold food items they decide don't want in the middle of the toy section. There is a special place in hell for you.
There's also a special place for the employees that put the thawed goods back in the freezers. 🙃 I've seen it
@@goober112 Hadn't thought of that or seen it myself, but I can certainly picture some jerk employees doing that. I have met some rude and unfriendly employees at Walmart quite a few times. Of course I think we all have. I try to avoid that place if at all possible.

educational point: egging a car is NOT harmless, it damages clear coat and paint, as in it eats the clear coat and damages the paint.
and I'm sure repeatedly glueing a magnet to a car is also likely to have a lasting impression on the vehicle

Meh. Unless it's really strong it's harmless. If you put a magnet on your car and leave it there for a year, the paint under the magnet would be less faded than the rest of the paint if you sat the car out and did nothing with it. It's as benign as pouring a glass of room temp water on the car.

I used to return the shopping carts back when I worked at a grocery store and whenever I found some carts placed in curbs or in places they weren't supposed to be, it was always so annoying. A part of me always wished I could tell them off like that guy even though I knew it would get me nowhere so even though the guy can be annoying, it's kinda satisfying watching him tell them off like that.

I quite like that cart narc. He is absolutely annoying tho. I imagine him to be that one kid in class who keeps nagging people to switch to metal straws, but he also carries top tier snacks just in case his diabetic friend needs it.
I always return my cart and I honestly wouldn't if I saw him, dudes a troll who can easily be charged for stalking and vandalism.

He needs to be annoying with people that are annoying (and disrespectful, while I'm pretty sure that might lead to a traffic ticket as it's an infraction to block a handicap spot with anything here in my country) with their carts.
I know this whole cart thing is very minor, but it shows how deceased our society is that people passes the proper place to leave their carts on with a bottle of soda they could easily carry just to leave the cart in the middle of a handicap stop or behind other people's car.

As someone who has to get carts in a parking lot this man made my day. People leaving carts everywhere that isn't a cart area is annoying. I've gone out in the rain to get them. Not fun.
here in the Netherlands, I’ve NEVER seen anyone not take back a cart. they’re €0.50 to use and people here are really on their money so everyone brings them back to get the fifty cents back lol

I was sitting in a Walmart parking lot today and it was windy, and a cart came rolling by my car (I was glad it didn't hit my car) and hit another cars headlights and I believe it dented there car. That's why I always put my carts away.

As someone who works at a grocery store I don't understand why ppl put carts up on sidewalks or feet outside the store yet they don't put in back in the store or cart corral. It annoying.

I haven't shopped at Wal-Mart in over 20 years, since my dad pointed out that Wal-Mart, ran all the small businesses that I loved growing up , out of town. YET, almost every public freakout or Karen video has at least one Wal-Mart
For the first lady, yeah, it would normally be a Karen moment, but if the guy is intentionally antagonizing her over something that is both very minor and none of his business, when she hadn't done anything to him prior, is that really being a Karen? She might have just been having a shitty day, when this douche comes up and starts bothering her, its somewhat understandable. The couple at the end definitely need to touch grass though, nobody in that one was good.
Actually, it's kinda cool he made his 'shaming discs' out of soft, flexible, rubberized, magnetic material. He can glide them onto someone's car, without harming the car or it's finish, and they're easily and quickly removed. I wonder if he has an alternate set to give people to put on their cars, if they actually get out of their car and put their cart away AFTER he's tagged them? Kinda like a, 'I learned a valuable lesson from the Cart Narc' or something cute like that. That would be cool, too!
I've actually seen people recognize him in the parking lot before and ask can if they can have one of his magnets for their car and I do believe he has a separate magnet just for that

I remember seeing one of his TikTok's where he was literally harassing a woman all because she didn't put her cart away. He's doing more work than just simply putting the cart away himself.
The only sensible thing anyone said in this entire video: a very polite "You can get it for me. Thank you." (As if you weren't just trying to get an angry response for your shitty videos.) Kind of exposes the Cart Demon. He's only there to piss people off, for which he has a genius-level gift. It's Karen-on-Karen crime, with no good guys. You'd love the SADB (Stop a Douchebag) channel. They do this in Russia but with just general driving and parking, and they get into some huge all out brawls. And they use huge, really hard to remove stickers to cover their windshields. Its crazy.

I know it's petty shit, and at first I would probably get pissed, but after about 30 seconds of listening to this guys comebacks I would return my cart laughing my ass off😂
Well.. working my way through college, I was a "greeting card representative." That meant going to each drug store, department store, etc., and making sure the cards were stocked - and IN THEIR PROPER SLOTS. So it still drives me crazy when I see people haphazardly putting cards in the wrong slots. But I don't think I'd do what this guy does.

Speaking as a disabled person, there ARE situations where a cart in the handicap access spot IS helpful. Leaning on a cart is a good alternative to having to use my cane, and I know it's similar for a lot of disabled people, so as long as it's tucked up at the very top of the access spot and out of the way for those who don't need it, it can save disabled people steps before having the cart to help them get around

You know, I would just be tempted to put my cart in the wrong spot on purpose so the cart narc starts giving me as many magnets as he would, then repaint them to something I'd want to display or just throw them on all the cars in the nearest apartment complex and see how many annoyed calls that hotline gets.
