I did this exact mod setup on a rk68 excluding the noico deadener.
Also I only had the smaller rings and ended up putting them between the pcb and posts as well. It certainly makes a huge difference in the flexy feel of the board but not everyone wants a super soft typing feel.
Also I made some frankenswitch tactiles that happened to feel incredibly good with that keyboard in particular.
