Actually I want to know if I can take some muscle mass just by doing every day several sets of push ups (around 100-150) and abs (100-150 as well). ! If yes how much time do you think it would take to get some significant results ? My height is 1.79m and my weight is 65kg so I am very slim. I don't want to go to the gym (at least for now) I'd prefer definitely a training at home or in the Calisthenic kind of way ! Thanks by advance and keep the good work !

Exactly, I’ve seen people showing 6-10 different exercise to do in a day, that’s way to much and sometbing I won’t stick with, this video is only 3!!! Now that’s something I can stick to every single day
This video helped me beyond words. I was suffering from Chronic back pain especially the muscles surrounding the spine and scapular region. I had to constantly get chiropractic adjustments and needed a phsio. I tried Yoga, although it gave relief but the pain returned, not even weight training could relieve it. I started doing reverse planks and the other exercises in this video and my pain went away in two days. I am finally training my weak muscles in the back and is changing my life. I agree. When I was a child we had gym classes where they only taught us push exercises that tighten the front of the body. I don't remember learning any posture-corrective exercises.

Love the reverse plank! I did something else that helped with posture, that is I spend time every night lying on my back without a pillow while keeping my knees bent slightly on a firm mattress. Gravity fixes my posture.

I've seen such an improvement in my posture over the past couple of years. I used to walk around with the collapse posture you showed in the beginning but through exercise I managed to straighten up. You guys are really doing a great job. Your videos are progressively more didactic and comprehensive. I can acknowledge how useful are the Reverse Plank Bridge and Bent Over Rows for correcting posture. But I have noticed when doing Overhead Presses that for some reason my posture naturally improves as well during the workout.

I got rona 2 years ago and i had to quarantine for 2 weeks alone, laying in bed and playing video games…. My posture got figgity FUCKed up from that, just staying still slumped over all day, and has never really been great since. 3 things that helped me: 1. while standing, hold your breathe in for like 10 seconds automatically fixes your posture 2. while driving make sure the back of your head always touches the back of the head rest and your shoulders touch the seat cushion. 3. sleep on the floor on your back.

This guy is a beast. I consider myself rather active. I play sports on a regular basis. Basketball, swimming, running, you name it. The first reverse plank is freaking hard. After 2 sets, I was sweating like a pig and I can’t get my head back and chest up as high as him at all.

Fantastic workout all of them. I could not do the reverse plank bridge completely in my first attempt, did 40%- 50% and slowly moved towards 80-90% in a week's time. It is frustrating to see how fit this guy is, he is doing this workout effortlessly :) It is not as easy as it looks for everybody out there. Guys, just start somewhere and try increasing the intensity every day. It is amazing and truly worth the effort. Try it for a month and give your feedback here. AmNeenja Don’t let that discourage you! 5-10 min of core exercises every other day will dramatically improve your posture/ back health. You’ll start to notice difference in as little as two weeks. After a decade of chronic back pain, I can’t believe I didn’t start doing exercises like this sooner. It helps way more than just stretching. Really, truly, I’m talking about 5-10 min every other day. Honestly, even if you did as little as 3 min, you’d notice the difference in a few weeks. Just look up core exercises for your back.

Bruh everyone in my class got halfcircle-shaped looking back waaay worse than showed in the video and when i try to keep my spine straight while siting i be looking like a tower in th class and that make me feel uncomfy so im starting to look like those dudes and i dont want it

Fantastic workout all of them. I could not do the reverse plank bridge completely in my first attempt, did 40%- 50% and slowly moved towards 80-90% in a week's time.
It is frustrating to see how fit this guy is, he is doing this workout effortlessly :) It is not as easy as it looks for everybody out there. Guys, just start somewhere and try increasing the intensity every day. It is amazing and truly worth the effort. Try it for a month and give your feedback here. no joke the muscles in my back get tired when i try to keep my back "straight" (good posture, not a perfect straight line)
AmNeenja Don’t let that discourage you! 5-10 min of core exercises every other day will dramatically improve your posture/ back health. You’ll start to notice difference in as little as two weeks. After a decade of chronic back pain, I can’t believe I didn’t start doing exercises like this sooner. It helps way more than just stretching. Really, truly, I’m talking about 5-10 min every other day. Honestly, even if you did as little as 3 min, you’d notice the difference in a few weeks. Just look up core exercises for your back.
