Some thoughts on these exercises: Ab wheel rollout progression: mark a spot on the floor where your body reaches maximum viable roll out. Roll out to that marker two to three times a week until a good number of sets and reps is reached, like 3x10. Then move the marker a small amount, and repeat the process until full roll out is achieved. 90 degree push up: Dive bomber pushups on handles seem like the beginner version of this movement. Use the movement path demonstrated in this video. For the next progression, divebombers with feet elevated. Also work static handstand holds and lower planche holds, using a box to support the feet. Move to handstand pushups using the same movement path and range of motion in this video as the goal. Rope climb: Take care of your hands; wearing gloves is an option, as is using chalk. Another easier exercise is staggered grip rope pull ups, from a seated position on the floor. Alternate hand position for each rep in a rest-pause manner, sitting on the floor while repositioning the hands. While this reduces time under tension, it enables you to get a good rep each time.
When you do this very early in your life... your body will always have incredible cellular memories and quick recovery and healing response... Great video and thank you 😀😀🤸🏃🏋️
Sometimes, especially for complete beginners who have never worked out, using very light weights with very high reps is the best way to start. I'm 60 and I've always been a desk employee.. which equals very weak muscles. After retiring, I thought I should start working out a little, so I tried to do push-ups.. but I couldn't even do a single one.. not even in bad form. So, I started doing bench presses with very light weights (I'm talking 35 lb bar for bench presses!!) and doing 50 reps.. then when that became easy and I could do up to 80 or ninety.. then I would raise the weight. But when I say 60 reps.. I mean I can barely do that 60th rep.. so, basically.. very light weights and very high reps (or to failure as they say).. it has to be to failure to be beneficial. Anyway, after doing that for 3 months.. I tried doing push-ups and I was able to do 5 with strict form.. then I just kept going on with the weights and push-ups until I was able to do 15 push-ups with strict form. My point is, no matter what condition you're in and how weak your muscles are.. you can start very light.. and do reps to failure.. and keep working your way up.. keep doing more reps with the same weight or raise the weight.. and you will get stronger. Just start at the level you're at.. and don't say "Oh, I can't do that". I mean, I don't think anyone can possibly be as weak as I was when I started. :)
I would add that it is gratifying to feel the muscles ache. ( But this only happens after our body has learnt which muscles to use for what exercise) It takes a lot of time and pushing heavy weights by jerking them is to risk an injury.
@@zman4149 No, but you are being selective...He says that the exercises can be used by beginners if one amends the exercises, and the video even shows how to amend the exercises to beginner level!
