Pay attention to progression option. If the easier variation is still difficult, you might need to do other kind of exercise to strengthen your relevant muscles first. No shame not being able to do any exercise. People could be in rehabilitation after accident, too busy due to children, or just get out of bad relationship. We couldn't possibly know. Some thoughts on these exercises: Ab wheel rollout progression: mark a spot on the floor where your body reaches maximum viable roll out. Roll out to that marker two to three times a week until a good number of sets and reps is reached, like 3x10. Then move the marker a small amount, and repeat the process until full roll out is achieved. 90 degree push up: Dive bomber pushups on handles seem like the beginner version of this movement. Use the movement path demonstrated in this video. For the next progression, divebombers with feet elevated. Also work static handstand holds and lower planche holds, using a box to support the feet. Move to handstand pushups using the same movement path and range of motion in this video as the goal. Rope climb: Take care of your hands; wearing gloves is an option, as is using chalk. Another easier exercise is staggered grip rope pull ups, from a seated position on the floor. Alternate hand position for each rep in a rest-pause manner, sitting on the floor while repositioning the hands. While this reduces time under tension, it enables you to get a good rep each time.
When you do this very early in your life... your body will always have incredible cellular memories and quick recovery and healing response... Great video and thank you 😀😀🤸🏃🏋️
Sometimes, especially for complete beginners who have never worked out, using very light weights with very high reps is the best way to start. I'm 60 and I've always been a desk employee.. which equals very weak muscles. After retiring, I thought I should start working out a little, so I tried to do push-ups.. but I couldn't even do a single one.. not even in bad form. So, I started doing bench presses with very light weights (I'm talking 35 lb bar for bench presses!!) and doing 50 reps.. then when that became easy and I could do up to 80 or ninety.. then I would raise the weight. But when I say 60 reps.. I mean I can barely do that 60th rep.. so, basically.. very light weights and very high reps (or to failure as they say).. it has to be to failure to be beneficial. Anyway, after doing that for 3 months.. I tried doing push-ups and I was able to do 5 with strict form.. then I just kept going on with the weights and push-ups until I was able to do 15 push-ups with strict form. My point is, no matter what condition you're in and how weak your muscles are.. you can start very light.. and do reps to failure.. and keep working your way up.. keep doing more reps with the same weight or raise the weight.. and you will get stronger. Just start at the level you're at.. and don't say "Oh, I can't do that". I mean, I don't think anyone can possibly be as weak as I was when I started. :)
I would add that it is gratifying to feel the muscles ache. ( But this only happens after our body has learnt which muscles to use for what exercise) It takes a lot of time and pushing heavy weights by jerking them is to risk an injury.

I come in love, out of genuine care I want you to know the good news! You are valuable, not an accident from nothing. “When I look at the solar system, I see the earth at the right distance from the sun to receive the proper amounts of heat and light. This did not happen by chance.” - Isaac Newton. You and I, we broke God’s laws, whether you have have lied or stolen, said a bad word, hated someone, looked with lust, blasphemed (saying OMG), so on. A just judge is going to punish guilty criminals for their crimes and we deserve to go to Hell for our willful crimes. Imagine you are driving on the road and a police officer pulls you over for speeding and gives you a fine. So you say to yourself, "From now on I will not speed ever again" and you don't. But does that get rid of the fine you have already received? In the same way in our life, even if we try never doing anything wrong ever again and just do good things, it doesn't get rid of the punishment we deserve for the bad things we have already done. In the speeding fine example, the only way to get rid of the fine is to either pay the fine yourself or have someone willing to pay the fine for you. So in the same way, either we need to take our own punishment in hell forever, or we need someone who is perfect who is willing to take our hell punishment for us. God in His love despite our hatred toward Him, made a way for sinners to be forgiven without violating justice. He took on flesh in the person of Jesus Christ. He lived the sinless life we coudnt, and then offered Himself on the cross as a sacrifice for sin. Jesus took the wrath of God you and I deserved, then rose from the dead! If someone takes your Hell punishment then you can go to Heaven and only Jesus the only one who didn’t deserve it did that for us guilty criminals. Good works or trying to be religious can’t save you, only turning to God through trusting alone in Jesus can, and not only will He save you but change you so you won’t want to sin anymore. John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” I recommend reading the Bible, the Book of John to start. The Bible was written by 40+ authors in a span of 1500+ years with 66 books in 3 continents remaining consistent fulfilling 2500+ prophecies backed up with 25000+ archaeological evidence, with 57000+ manuscripts, 2.7 million+ texts. “The evidence for the life, death, and resurrection of Christ is better authenticated than most of the facts of ancient history.” (E. M, Prof Auckland University) Trust that Jesus took your punishment for you and so be 100% certain that you will go to heaven, causing you to start living your life for Him. We are not saved from our sins because the Romans beat up Jesus and killed Him! We are saved from our sins because when He was on the tree all of your sin was imputed to Him, and all the full force of God’s wrath of His holy hatred against you and your crimes, and me, and my crimes, that as a Holy God He must pour out. He poured out on His own Son! Trust alone in Him today, and tell others about the Good news of how they can be saved through Jesus as well!! “We have more evidence for Jesus than we have for almost anybody from his time period.” Scholarly fact. ua-cam.com/video/XyNseXdd260/v-deo.html Jesuscares.com ua-cam.com/play/PLIB6yPRxh47S75U6zAX10GPfygnbBoRIw.html ua-cam.com/video/b5Ogh7IDgxo/v-deo.html

This is very much appreciated. Teaching myself to round the lower back may improve my low back condition after injury. I did push-ups all of my life from age 8 to 69, but now it hurts my low back so this training even on flat hands on a tile floor may help me. thank you.

Cyrus Gauger, he said a common fault in execution causes you to end up in “posterior” tilt (while he is demonstrating anterior tilt). He then corrects using the appropriate posterior tilt, by using his abs to better counter gravity and his hip flexors. It’s a recording mistake. He’s probably thinking of the correction while still speaking about the fault.
Really nice video. I especially like that you also show easier versions of the exercises, so you can work towards the most challenging versions. Thumbs up.
I got an inguinal hernia on my groin when I was 20 years old from jumping on the spot and bringing my knees to my chest. Had to go for surgery to fix that. Around 15 years later I got myself an abs roll and the very first time I used it I got another inguinal hernia on the other side of my groin! Had to go for surgery again to fix that also. There are plenty other exercises I perform to stay fit and in great shape. I am never doing jumping or using an abs roll ever again! Too risky.

You guys are insanely strong and fit. I can’t ever do any of this stuff. For instance, the rope climb. I have long arms, super long legs and a short stocky torso. This makes it much harder since the majority of my body weight is in my legs. Anything where I have to extend my legs out always pulls my upper body forward due to the imbalance of length and size of body composition. All men are NOT created equal

This is pretty true. There are some extremely effective swimming excercises. Try swimming with no arms and only legs, do this for an hour straight without ever letting your leg touch the floor and putting your arms behind your back. Same day do 10 laps using only one arm, do both right and left. Do laps with no arms and only legs, vary this by doing a lap doing the jogger swim. Do laps with your legs fully extend like you are sitting on the floor with your legs straight out in front of you at a 90 degree angle. Use only your hands to do a lap. Do this going forward and then do this going backwards. Then do regular laps, do 20-30 regular laps. Go into the steam room in between doing these different excercises. Make sure to stretch often. These are some good workouts I would do that I saw were very effective and got me into shape quick plus, this made it so I could tread water for a long time without fatigue and also it teaches you rhythmic breathing. Dont be afraid to bob your head(meaning take a breath, go under water for a couple seconds and then coming back and rinse and repeat). Taking a deep chest filled breath will allow you to float for longer and allow more breathing. This is done without using arms. Practice doing it for 2 minutes and then 5 minutes and then 10 until you can just keep floating for hours.
I'm a competitive swimmer and if you think swimming will get your body defined and muscular like Olympic swimmers then you'll be disappointed to know that all of them lift weights and have a strict workout routine, so do cheerleaders, gymnasts, etc, all of them work very hard to achieve their bodies and skills You will certainly get wide shoulders but Swimming is more about endurance and body conditioning than body building

John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
I recommend reading the Bible, the Book of John to start.

Who else expected to see muscle ups?
If you want to do only four, but in the gym, with barbells try these:
Squats
Bench Press
Deadlift
Standing Shoulder Press
You can even combine these with the cali-exercises, and be EVEN fitter. But please only do so, after you've adapted to regular training. Baby steps.
Squidward looks jacked on the thumbnail
His body is so used to these moves he does it effortlessly. Whatever you train your body to do, it can do it. Human being is an extraordinary machine.
Oh yes, the rope climb. I got one of these in my crossfit garage...

Planche push up: am I a joke to you?
*Notification squaadddddd where you at💕💖💪*
That majestic beauty while jumping, beast man. Awesome vid, as always
Translation: 4 exercises that normal folks can never do 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
This is very much appreciated. Teaching myself to round the lower back may improve my low back condition after injury. I did push-ups all of my life from age 8 to 69, but now it hurts my low back so this training even on flat hands on a tile floor may help me. thank you.
6:40 What's the best way to practice your jumping? You do it barefoot on loose stones
The like and dislike ratio is injustice lol. I think a lot of lazy people came here thinking it was easy and hated it when they realized it wasn't. Nevertheless, great technique, control and physique my man.
You upload the best videos!!! Love your work ❤❤❤
I am simply impressed!
Finally, I've found the real SAITAMA!!!

@@1trillionviews516 Yeah, dude. It was just meant as a humoristic remark. As you might know 'Gras' is really just grass.
So you I took it literal and wrote that this is true since you couldnt afford marijuana ;)

You meant "anterior" pelvic tilt at the 1:35 mark.
I was just about to say the same thing. Good looks.
Oh man I thought the same thing. Thanks for saying it.
No he's saying about anterior fornix
Actually he was correct in calling it posterior pelvic tilt. When the pelvis tilts forward it is anterior and when it tilts backwards it is posterior
1:42 almost no gym got a rope like that.

I expected something like push-ups, pull-ups, squats, dips.

Too risky.
UA-camSearch ToxicVaccines ToxicFluoride, HIV HOAX Sounds like either 1) a problem that only a few people like you have, or 2) a load of bullshit. Probably the latter, considering your channel content.
That could be genetics some people are born with weaker groins and are more prone to hernias
Oh yaa!! After i eat my pizza I'll pause my ps4 Then go to the gym with my beer gut an do some wild and exotic shit. 1:40

Or you can just take up swimming to truly hit every muscle.
Swimming aint gonna get you swole
@@treehouse6025 An hour!, laps with 1 arm! That's tough. I like these exercises because you're done in minutes....if you can do them (:
And swimming is something the average human can actually do!
I'm a competitive swimmer and if you think swimming will get your body defined and muscular like Olympic swimmers then you'll be disappointed to know that all of them lift weights and have a strict workout routine, so do cheerleaders, gymnasts, etc, all of them work very hard to achieve their bodies and skills
You will certainly get wide shoulders but Swimming is more about endurance and body conditioning than body building
