    Can’t thank her enough! She is one magician..I was having such severe cramps today and thank God I searched here( definitely had it in my mind, meri Guru ne iss topic pe video zarur bnaya hoga) and after doing the aasanas my pain reduced considerably.     Thank you so much mam...These yoga aasan really works...I also take raisins and saffron water daily which gives me lot of energy to work during period....And I do not feel 3 days illness in period as it was earlier

    Good stretch. When it comes to exercise or diet you got immense knowledge. Monthly periods purity our body. Bad microbes are released. That’s why we don’t touch achar or papad. Discrimination is bad. Passing urine and stool clean our system. We don’t pass urine or stool wearing a diaper inside temple. Right or not. Hope you got my point.

    Hello madam, mere periods hamesha 2 din pehle aate he esbar 5 din Jada hogay lekin period nahi aaye. Muze tension aarahi h pls suggest. Hamesha mera flow bohot kam hota he usk liy me kya karu. Period anek liy me kay karu. Pls suggest I don't wanna take alopathy medicine. Pls suggest rujuta mam
