Good stretch. When it comes to exercise or diet you got immense knowledge. Monthly periods purity our body. Bad microbes are released. That’s why we don’t touch achar or papad. Discrimination is bad. Passing urine and stool clean our system. We don’t pass urine or stool wearing a diaper inside temple. Right or not. Hope you got my point.
