      I had a girl friend. Her breasts were very small initially..then i took incharge of that. I made fondling her breasts whenever i meet her. Now she has beautiful breasts. Consult your boyfriend.

    Such a pertinent topic but it’s never even addressed let alone discussed!! Thank you for doing so! I was so shy of having big breasts that I literally hunched all the time and did so for over a decade. Now at 26 I finally understood why I was doing that and have stopped! I do tons of postural work now and am more mindful! :)

      My father an Indian Air Force officer used to always tell us (2 sister) to always walk straight with head up and same “seena taan kar chalo” me n my sister back then used to giggle 🤭🤪 love you dad 😘

    Dear RD, hats off to you for being vocal on this issue. This is a crucial topic that needs tobe handled in our society. As girls start growing up, everybody in the family starts making them conscious of their "figure". Leave aside their own family but relatives, neighbors etc too are more concerned. And its so true no one mentions about such long term issues.

    I wish if people would have talked about this so openly I would not be suffering with all those health issues. Now at this age I don’t care what people think. I have bad shoulder problems and Respiratory problems.

    I used to eat a looot during my puberty so that my enlarged stomach would stretch my tees and hid my breasts .....I was so dumb at that time.due to which I am still suffering from obesity

    All ladies should also know how to examine their own breast daily while bathing for early diagnosis of breast cancer . Many succumb to this just because of late diagnosis

    Thank you so much maam..i have faced this problem from an early age.. and now I have saggy and heavy breast,bad posture,neck pain and back pain. Also due to bad posture i am having serious digestive issues which i didn't know back then.. My stomach is always bloated and i couldn't sit and stand straight for long time.. i also had my gall bladder removed. So i want to thank you for uploading this video and guiding girls about breasts and not feel ashamed of it 🙂😊

    What should wear.
    What precaution while choosing cloth for exercise.
    How much stress is bad for future.
    More than normal movement of breast does cause problems in near time.

In fact major problem of bloating, gastric issues , back issue do occur because of shrinking our body in the front while sitting or standing.     As having heavy breast , under the underarms some flabby lumb is there.
    So because of it sleevless tops not able to wear.
    Can we reduce it with exercise?

    Thank you for highlighting this topic. Few months back i had pain under my left armpit and experienced a small lump, i got diagnosed with fibroadenosis and i am under medication since then. I still feel pain sometimes under my left armpit also i have more fat under the same armpit. Doctor said it happens because of hormonal imbalance. Could you suggest on how we ladies can deal with this?

    Now I know why am I suffering all pain from breast, back to stomach. My posture changed after delivery. I used to bend forward to feed my daughter and since then I had to struggle a lot to stand straight. Even if I remind myself that I have to sit or stand straight I am not able to do it even for few mins as wrong posture is now my habit.
    I was constantly conscious of health about breast and now i know my posture is at fault.
