I was so shy of having big breasts that I literally hunched all the time and did so for over a decade. Now at 26 I finally understood why I was doing that and have stopped! I do tons of postural work now and am more mindful! :)

I used to eat a looot during my puberty so that my enlarged stomach would stretch my tees and hid my breasts .....I was so dumb at that time.due to which I am still suffering from obesity

Also due to bad posture i am having serious digestive issues which i didn't know back then.. My stomach is always bloated and i couldn't sit and stand straight for long time.. i also had my gall bladder removed. I still feel pain sometimes under my left armpit also i have more fat under the same armpit. Doctor said it happens because of hormonal imbalance. I used to bend forward to feed my daughter and since then I had to struggle a lot to stand straight. Even if I remind myself that I have to sit or stand straight I am not able to do it even for few mins as wrong posture is now my habit.
