    When she said “take caffeine breaks” I was like “ugh yes, so important, my favourite part of the day is my breaks with a nice hot cup of coffee” until I realised that, that wasn’t what she mean and then I was horrified 😂

    Hey I just got saved and baptized. I really wanted to tell you about it. You inspire me so much to be closer to god and just to be a better mom and wife and overall a better person. I’d love to have some more videos about you and your husband spiritually connecting. How does that affect your relationship? My husband isn’t a Christian but loves the lord. I’m trying to be the best light i can be. Thank you so much for being a light to me

    Hi Sarah!
    I never comment on videos, but I have to tell you that I may not agree with lots of your opinions, but I admire you. I admire how you take care of all your children and work with the smallest amount of help. I admire your "wife mindset". I never say that, but you inspire me a lot, you are helping me to be a better verson of me and one day when I am a wife and a mother I hope I will handle it at least half as good as you do.
    Thank you and please continue with what you are doing.

    I think the hardest thing about habits is... making them habitual. I would love to meditate and stretch and pray in the morning like you have mentioned here... it’s just hard to keep consistency. Especially so early in the morning when all you want to do is sleep. I admire your discipline, Sarah. It’s beautiful. Thank you for inspiring me to be healthier and take better care of myself, my family, and my world. Much love ❤️

    Hi Sarah, love watching your raw and unique channel! My only concern is that you’re advertising more water consumption, not to be offensive here, just I come from South Africa and we suffered from a drought last year which really showed me how we as humans are really abusing the amount of water we intake even for the simplest things. Again it’s a breath of fresh air to watch your Channel and hope you’re staying safe !

    I loved your video! I totally agree with you and your habits, I'm totally for them, except "taking bath every day", for someone like you who is sooo into the zero waste concept I think that fill an entire bathtub every single day could be such a waste for the environment. I have both a shower and a bathtub, I take showers for the 80%, only 20% are the times I dedicate to relaxing in a bath.... But those times though!!!! I enjoy even more😉
    Love you and totally appreciate your lifestyle!!! Xxx❤️

I admire your life and relationships you hold with the ones you love. Hopefully one day I’ll be able to achieve such. Currently I’m a United States Marine stationed in Japan so there’s a limit to improvements I can put in my life but I’m really looking forward to the days I can. Like 2 years in the future. I know someone that seems very similar to her. Bright charming smile, super bubbly and pumped up everyday, extroverted and loves to talk. She also loved to experiment with her hair and was the type that I could see chopping her hair off. She actually had major issues though and struggled secretly with self-harm, addictive behavior, depression..in short she just went through some really really rough times. And so even though this is totally just assumption and you cant judge through a screen, she im sure isn't perfect and has struggles that she doesn't share.

    Hi 🙂 Some things that I like to do for self care.... is drinking herbal tea (caffeine doesn't agree with me), I take time to take deep breaths and to do some yoga even if just for 10 minutes. I like to turn my phone for several hours at a time. I love to journal. Apparently journaling is really beneficial but I have been journaling for 26 years and it has become a way of life. 😄 The majority of my self care time is journaling.

      Hey I'm not trying to be argumentative, but am genuinely curious: how is it bad for the planet? Dont we have an unlimited supply of water? I'm kind of confused, haha.

    • @Misstribespirit
      @Misstribespirit 5 років тому +52

      @@hopeinchrist3243 Supply of fresh, clean and drinkable sweet water is not unlimited. One of the effects of climate change can be a decline in precipitation. In fact, BC (where Sarah lives, if I'm not mistaken) has been experiencing droughts, for example this past summer. Desalination is maybe one solution to such problems, but it an expensive and energy consuming process, which is why only countries with severe water shortage would use it. On top of that, sewage water has to be treated to prevent harmful substances from entering eco systems like oceans, again, a process that requires energy. Less water to treat - less energy needed - less air pollution for all of us :)
