  • I've always been curious as to whether or not deep fying a deviled egg would actually work. Today I decided I had to test it out. Since I'm going through the trouble of frying the egg white, I figured the filling had to be pretty special as well, so we're going to try to mimic the classic bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. Were we successful?! Check it out and see.

    I found that if you rinse the hard boiled egg whites with cold water just before dredging in the flour, the flour will stick to the egg better than if you leave them dry.

    You don't have to move em like that lol I beem doim These all the time for a few years..just gotta throw em in and let em do there thing...Deep Fryers work em better

    I actually want to serve some of these for an upcoming party Im doing, but I'm not sure if thee eggs will retain the crispiness on the outside. Does anyone know?
