Very ingenious and efficient set up. Even the splitter is nifty. My husband used to split wood with an axe or an awl and sledgehammer. He was young and much less cranky those days. 🙂
Thanks Mary I used to split with the maul. I think I’m less cranky the older I get but Teresa might disagree. 💚💚
This is genius Ben. So happy you can sell these. 😉
Thanks Beth going to spend some time today making a better sign so people driving by can see. 💚💚
Good evening Sir 👍😊 Great way to make firewood bundles Sir 😊👍 I realy like you rear wood splitter Sir 😊 Have a blessed Sunday to both of you Cheers !!!
Thanks Dave 2 way log splitter keeps me hopping. Going out now to work on a better sign for my firewood stand. Take care brother.
@@OurGreeneAcres 😊👍
Good way to make bundles, keep up the good work.
Thanks Steve it gets the job done for sure. Hope you’re having a great weekend. Take care brother.
Very creative jig for bundling! FYI, if your bundles are 10 inches x10 inches with 16 inch long wood, that's 10x10x16=1600cubic inches. 1600/1728( the number of cubic inches in a cubic foot) = .925 cubic feet, or round down and call it a .9 cubic foot bundle.
Thanks for watching and stopping by. Yes that is what I was shooting for about .85 cf. I have started a new channel where all my firewood videos will be posted going forward if you have time check it out.

Looks like a very nice way to make bundles, I paid a lot of money for a wrapper, and it will do 1 bundle a minute...But your way is very effective .
Thanks for watching and commenting. Yes making bundles can be time consuming because you still have to get the firewood in the rack. I now do all my firewood videos over on OGA Outdoors if you have time head over over and check it out. Take care, Ben.

Great tip! I have to carry in my own wood. I have health issues and broke two disks in my lower spine several months back. Plus I'm a small woman....that would really help me getting wood in the house! Now... How do I get it wrapped??? LOL.
Debra hope your back gets better soon. I may have to make smaller bundles for you. Hope you have a great day. 💚💚
I like it very simple
Thanks Matt really appreciate you stopping by. It gets the job done been doing really well sold 46 bundles last week. I just started a new channel last week just for outdoor videos check it out when you can.

I’m heading over to yours now. Take care brother.
@@OurGreeneAcres will do i have a similar channel check it out if you get a few min
I'm not sure how I missed this video, luckily you had it in the cards of your newest. Where all do you sell bundles? I know you have a road side stand and a convenience store. I need to get a bundler made. I know a guy that has a tree farm and a lot of yuppies go there. I bet bundles would sell well there.
Currently just the places you mentioned I’m still staying small this year expanding slowly. I’m focusing more on getting firewood now to boost inventory for the future. I have a camp ground a couple miles from the house thought about selling there but that might take away from my roadside stand.
Thanks for showing that we can make nice bundles without spending thousands of dollars on extra equipment. How much do you sell your bundles for?
Thanks Stanley for stopping by. I do have some equipment but try to get by with the most cost effective solutions. I sell my bundles for $5 at my roadside stand. All my new videos are over on my new channel OGA Outdoors here’s the link would really appreciate you dropping by. Thanks Ben

@@OurGreeneAcres will do...
Ben, I like your wrapping station. I’m going to make one this week. How have your sales been going? Tom at “Adventures at Home”.
Tom it’s still a little slow need cooler weather. I haven’t sold many bundles more of the loose stacks which I prefer. Several truckloads going out.
@@OurGreeneAcres Yes, we have at least one more week of warm weather. The nights are getting cold, so that will help with sales. I don’t deliver, so I will see how that works out.
Great video Ben , you said 10” wide 10” high , are your bundles 10” long also ?
I try to cut everything as close to 16” as I can. I have a lot more videos over on my outdoor channel here is the link if you haven’t already checked it out. Thanks

Don't know what you use that T-post in front of your station but its in the way like a brother-in-law job site standing around doing nothing (my case ).Pull the post and try to rap clock ways this should shave some time off each just my thoughts still enjoy watching. We use bannana boxes and slab wood fill a box 5.00 or 3 for 12 . That way people do the work for you . People love the small split limbs I will through some in after each person is gone this keeps one person from taking them all.
Sounds like a good plan with the boxes having customers fill their own box. The tpost was definitely in the way this is where I stacked face cords in the past. Thanks for the advice I definitely plan to remove the post. Thanks again for stopping by take care brother.

Thanks for watching.
