Hlo brother, I am an international student from india..coming in December for January 2023 course in Mohawk College..and my course is in McMaster University.....any suggestions regarding accommodation and part time work... Thankyou 🙏
Hey! That's awesome to hear! For accommodations the best place for students to find rentals would be in the Facebook Groups. "Mohawk Rentals" & "McMaster Rentals". As for part time jobs around I know both Schools hire students to work on Campus in the stores or there are lots of shopping centres around for a part time job. All the best with your studies.
Hey Aman! The mountain area is apart of Central Hamilton as it is similar to the downtown area with lots going on and great local businesses at the same time it's slightly different as it offers slightly newer homes especially if you head to the southern neighbourhoods. While I find it easier to go east to west on the mountain due to the Lincoln Alexander Highway, going North to South is slightly harder with bottle necks around routes going up and down the mountain. If you have a specific question about the Mountain shoot me an email (Matthewkellyco@gmail,com), would be happy to answer in more detail!
Hi bro. Hamilton looks really nice city in the great beautifull nature. I was planing to come work there. How about the fish farms and other land farms and lifeguarding.. Thanks a lot.
Waterdown and Stoney Creek are both good options for young families with easy access to the highway to commute. However this could vary depending on what your looking for! If your interested send me an email happy to give a more detailed response.
Matthew, Love the info, any chance you have more information on Roxborough park subdivision in East Hamilton? Couldn't find too much info on website (prices, if anything still available) cheers
Hey Joe, send me an email at Matthewkellyco@gmail.com, and I can create you a custom video going over the area, current listings as well as what some have recently sold for. Looking forward to chatting!
A lot of my clients for sure prefer those other parts of Hamilton you mention. But I do know some neighbourhoods around downtown that other client love living in. (I.e. The Delta's around gage park) Truly depends on what you are looking for! I appreciate your thoughts and support!

Downtown is the worst. Crackheads, Homeless people Being weirdos, A lot of stuff. The mountain and the other parts of Hamilton are better.
