I would definitely talk to your attorney. But we do both if you’re working with a company, you would add the clients as the guests. Lease would be with the agency.
Good stuff! Thanks, Jesse! We’ve done MTR for relocating families and have had workers as well. The other one that’s been big for us is local home owners with renovations. I’ll take your suggestions on pricing! We’re booked 98% of the time, but I think we price low because we house hack. I’d love to hear you talk about house hacking MTRs if you have tips on that.
So far, we have only housed traveling medical professionals, really great information here. Please tell your editor to ease off of the redbull , this edit had a lot of jump, cuts, and especially don’t like the loud beep when just listening to the audio.
On this case for Contruction worker’s what’s the process to host them as a month to month term, what site you use to do a application and background check is done to all of the people staying or just one.
@@JesseVasquezAirVenturesubscribed! Thank you so much. I’m new and concerned about such scenario. I’ve been reading and educating myself but these words are so confusing. Hoping you your practical ways of explaining things would help! Thank you in advance I look forward to it!
Beware of the construction worker crowd, in particular of the union guys. They come from out of state and they say that two will be staying at the place one actually, they will probably have anywhere between four and six this way they save money, but you don’t know when they trash the house
We have been housing traveling Healthcare workers for the last 2 years, but it's really slowing down in our area. I would love to hear more about how to break into the insurance temp housing market.
@@barquettlee7180 That's what I've been doing too! I bought a house with a great layout to rent by the room. Each room has a private bathroom and even a private washer and dryer! The rooms seem to be popular because of the price!
Great information. Thanks for sharing.
@@veritasmanagement18 hey thanks for checking it out!
Can’t wait to start my transition into mid term rentals here in Las Vegas !
Such a great market!
How do you go about charging more for insurance and relocation claims? Would love a video on negotiation tactics.
I have some other videos that talk about this
So for the lease, do you do the lease with the tenant or the middle man relocation company or with the tenant herself?
