@@RedBoard86 I was at the point where I couldn’t even warm up with Ollies. There was too much knee pain. Rebuilding some knee strength is helping though. After a big session, I take ibuprofen too 😁
Good routine! I watched the entire video, being at the gym, on an elliptical machine! I have thought about doing a similar video. I think it's helpful to check out what other skaters are doing to keep the body from falling apart! 😁👍
Nice video! Todays skate session had a kid ask, OH your stretching , your taking a while” I said this will have me dunking when I’m 50!!! Kid said oh yea your right
Good stuff! Totally needed as get older
I used to stretch a little, but I’ve given up and do a few ollies beforehand. I’ll just take ibuprofen with my coffee the next morning

@@fd_skate For sure! We definitely can’t just go out there and hop on the board.

It’s true. Stretching and maintaining muscles is critical when you get older.
I´m 45 and yes, after 30 years skating our knees hurts. Resisted training (weight lifting) and stretching is the way. Aging is a bitch.
@@jcsk8 Agreed. I’m doing what I can to slow down the aging. I want to be skateboarding when I’m 55 or 60.
See bro, you can make videos : “ I dealt with mental health and you can too”!
