    Hi.. would it be any benefits at all if it's done without any dumbbell or weights ?

      Hi Seoh, thank you for the question. What are you hoping to achieve with the exercises? The main reason for the weights would be to build strength, but the exercises could also be used for range of motion without weights. Alternatively if you don't have access to weights, there could be different exercise options to build strength if that is your aim.

    My doctor told me to not do any exercises that are over the height of my shoulders. So these exercises don't seem shoulder friendly.

      Thank you for watching Katinka. Yes you are right, sometimes overhead exercises may aggravate pain for some people. In that case overhead exercises can be left out of a routine.
