I suffer from comorbid insomnia and just discovered your channel today on an insomnia support reddit group after a really bad bout of insomnia in the past few days.. and honestly your videos have helped me a lot today to get out of insomnia induced depression. 🙏🍃Thank you Ally. Module 1 partway thru. Slow and steady wins the race! Doing this at midday on a Monday was super challenging, but so, so rewarding to make that pause. I had the insight that perhaps my Sankalpa might involve somehow releasing myself from the impulses to overwork that result from fear. Not sure what that might look like yet. Was aware that I began the practice feeling pulled to do all the admin that needs doing, and really resistant to pausing to practice. Now though, I feel way more mentally balanced and less compelled to work thru fear. Thank you :)
Another great session , I found both the music and the breath visualizations in this one really good to keep the relaxation and keep pop up thoughts at bay . Thank you

I practice Thai bodywork and I really appreciated your honoring of the ancestors because it is true, they've done the hard work of passing it down for centuries and we are lucky enough it survived! Thanks for that, and for the session, you're my absolute favorite!! I did want to share my honest feedback that the sound on the left side that went off routinely felt kind of stimulating, wirey, and distracting to me. Otherwise loved it thanks again!

Namaste! I practiced at 5 A.M. on June 12th. I woke up early after a long evening walk, and I dozed off during parts of the body scan. 😅 I feel very relaxed.
