To be honest, ... I started this practice feeling a lot of anxiety, i intentionally felt the fear in all of my cells during this practice.... it is the state my body is in... at this moment my body does not feel healthy, happy, peaceful or free... this is how it is..
Yes it is. And the wonderful thing is that our bodys are not always in the same state and recognize it and feel the unconfortable and the confortable states it is powerful. Keep practicing ❤
