Cheers guys and thanks for all your content......
Congratulations on your success! We both started out at the same weight and I am down 142 pounds. Keep up the great work.❤
Just want to say congrats to you! I know how difficult it is to lose a few pounds and you have lost major weight. I sincerely wish you great success. These girls have given me so many helpful hints and recipes. Keep watching 😊
Oh yum... fried egg pieces... NOT!!! Lol!😂
Wow ! Fantastic weight loss! Congratulations!
Congratulations
I like to bake up pepperoni slices. In the oven about 375 degrees, on a tray that lets the grease drain away (or on paper towels) and until they are crispy. They are crisp and flavorful.
I use salami….you can place them in layers on paper towels in the microwave and cook them for about 5-7 minutes! Delicious!
I put my pepperoni on paper towels, on a dinner plate, in a circle for 90 seconds. Really crispy. Also cover with paper towels while cooking. Hubby likes them too.
I like to put them in the microwave!
Oh I am gonna try those 🙂
@@ShariR-NevadaPuP They can also be cooked up in the microwave between paper towels or sometimes I even deep fry them (the grease is pretty much gone when done this way). I also saw that someone does the same thing with salami, so I plan on trying those too.
I will always watch your videos whether I am interested in making what your making or not because you guys are just so much fun 😄❤
Ditto!
I'm not even on Keto, but I love their videos!
@@leeannjohnson1808 Aren't they the best!!!!!!!
Maybe to crisp up the ones in the silicone mold try taking them outside of the mold after they are formed and setting them back in the oven for a few minutes. As for your ones in the metal cupcake mold it looked like you put it too close to the fire. I would try the middle rack for that when you try again and see how that works.
Try it in an air fryer. It's turns out much better
Indigo Nile has an egg white and beef gelatin recipe that makes protein crepes (a little less than 1/2 cup liquid egg whites to 1 Tbsp of beef gelatin. Mix with an immersion blender for about 30 seconds). Then you take the crepes and cut them into triangles and fry on both sides in bacon grease until brown and crisp. Then, remove from pan and place on paper towels to cool. While still warm, you can sprinkle toppings on them like ranch powder, salt, cheese powder, etc. These make excellent chips.
Yes! I've tried making both versions. This one that they're featuring here as well as Nili's. They're both good. This one does need to crisp up more on the oven for a more consistent crunch but Nili's is just super F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C all the time without fail. Great with dip, cheese sauce salsa or guacelome or even nachos.
I love you guys! Never change being who you are! Even my elderly parents who have zero interest in living a keto lifestyle watch all your videos because they enjoy your personalities so much!!
Awwww thank you! That’s so sweet
Twins!!! I use the Joseph's Lavash bread (wraps). I cut them into chip squares, spray with spray oil & sprinkle with salt. Place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and put in a pre-heated 400 degree oven for 3-5 minutes. You have to watch them!!! They are delicious. Similar to tortilla chips. Can season with ranch seasoning or any powder.
Please try them!!! They are low carb, keto friendly!
I keep those on hand to make pizzas. Going to have to try the chips!
They are my favorite wraps! I use them so many ways…crackers in the oven or air fryer and tortilla chips if I fry them. Fried and covered in cinnamon and low carb sweetener of choice are so good.
I do the same with egg life wraps. They come out crunchy and ingredients/macros are a lot better than the lavash bread.
I didn't think you ladies were gonna like these based on your egg history lol. Thanks for taking another one for the team. Maybe not the best chip, but still a great video:)
I have a oven shape air fryer with 3 racks. I bought butterball turkey bacon and cut them in 2 inch pieces and placed them in a single layer on each rack, rotating the racks. Then let them cool.
so crispy and crunchy.
I don’t know how to work an air fryer. Could you please give the steps of how you made them? Thanks in advance. 💜
For who doesn't have a trader joe next them, try Aldi cottage cheese since they owned by the same company and packaging are almost identical
Maybe I will try using the egg whites with a little potato powder!
Emily: "...maybe that's why we had hope, where we should have had none". LOL!!
🤣🤣
Easiest chip ever... just use any type of cheese instead of the cottage cheese. Microwave 1-2 minutes (depending on the cheese) and poof cheesey super crispy chips. I also put a paper towel under the parchment paper to soak up the moisture.
I'm so hungry right now, I'd probably eat both plates regardless 😋 I really enjoy your videos & your sense of humor🧡
Time to blend egg whites with cottage cheese. Blend until smooth and bake!
And maybe add some Parmesan cheese
You two always make me happy! Even when it's been raining for days and days! 🌧️🌩️☂️☔
`oh yea! you reached 200k!!! congratulations. 50 more to go to reach your goal of 250!!!
Thank you! So grateful 🤗🤗
I tried some OOOFlavors Mashed Potato Flavored Liquid Concentrate in lupin fries to try and make them more fry like. Could be worth a try with some of the other chip recipes without adding carbs to it.
Worth watching just for the facial expressions!😂
I love the cottage cheese chips and I always make some plain chips for the dogs!
Thanks for reminding me about the cottage cheese chips!
Brown baking pans cook hotter and faster than non colored pans. But im gonna try with bigger silicone muffins pan. Thx!😊
Just love you ladies for being so brave ! I really appreciate all your hard work and thank you for trying these recipes.
Again a very entertaining video😊its good that the outcome is not always predictable, its suspenseful and real! Thanks for the effort ladies💕
Mmmm😊 gonna try it.
Love your videos. Thanks for taking time to make them to help your Tribe😅
I love your honesty!! Thank you for making this video! I was wondering how they tasted.
Hi girls. Great job! A+ for effort. So they’re not that great. You never know until you try. Thanks, as always, for all the time and effort you both put in to help us! Happy weekend to you both!❤❤
Your channel is proving to be a great place for Keto-curious friends to find out about Keto. I think that is fantastic.
P.S. I LOVE 4505 Pork Rinds but then I was never a big fan of potato chips. It's fun watching your quest for the perfect keto potato chip substitute.
You might try using popcorn ranch flavoring in the batter before cooking. I tend to make cheese crisps in the microwave and I've pretty much got them down pat. Different cheeses give slightly different tastes. I'm wondering if my pizza crust recipe would make good chips. I mix cheddar cheese and whole eggs together and add some mozzarella cheese to it as it seems to make the batter thinner. I also add red pepper flakes and that really kicks up the flavor of the crust. Then I bake on both sides before using as pizza crust. Now I'm wondering if that same crust can be made thin enough and cooked into chips.
Sounds yummy!!!
💡 💥 Thomas brand Keto Bagel Thins!! 💥 2net carbs. Air fry to heat up and slather in some butter, cream cheese, and AF bacon Maybe add blueberries.
I'm sure smoked salmon and cream cheese plus green onion would be good.
Note- I didn't read the bagel ingredients... on purpose. So happy to have a bagel option.
Next try? Chicken or tuna salad with slivered almonds and/or a shake of french fried onions... or both-- yum. French fried onions also come in jalapeno flavor. They are breaded so watch 👀the carbs 👀. 🎉🎉🎉
So good!
@5:50 - @5:58 is the most "twins" thing I've ever seen, lol.
You should try baking the metal tin ones on the top rack. Putting items on the middle shelf is closer to the heat source which changes cook time, heat temp, etc. This is true just about everything you stick in the oven
I will try this- in my silicone pans, which I love for ease, always take longer than the recipe calls for.
Thank you girls❤
Thanks for sharing
Thank you❤
Now I’m wondering if the cottage cheese would turn out better in a muffin tin…
I was wondering the same thing
I do the cottage cheese chips in my silicone muffin pan all the time.
@@vivianhudacek1556can you please share what brand cottage cheese and how much? I’ve tried it on the mini silicone muffin pan with not much success. Do you microwave or bake?
Thanks for your time & help. 👍🏻
@@maggieguzowski768 I just used what I had-Kroger brand 4% (full fat) small curd cottage cheese. I use the normal sized silicone muffin pan (not the mini bc that’s what I had) & put in varying amounts & kind of spread it around. Probably about 2 teaspoons works best bc if you make it too thick, it takes too long to bake & isn’t crisp. I baked in microwave, a full powered one (built in) for 7 minutes on maybe #5 power, then kept checking but baked another 2-3 minutes on full power. I’ve also done it on full power for a shorter time. My daughter has a weaker powered microwave & has had trouble, getting it to crisp up.
@@maggieguzowski768 Update: I just made some cottage cheese chips & measured so that I could tell you precisely what I do. In my regular-sized silicone muffin pan (NOT mini-sized), I put one tablespoon of cottage cheese. My pan has 6 holes for muffins. I used my full-sized microwave (1,000 watts) & cooked for 7 minutes at 60% power. It still looked pretty gooey & very pale. I then cooked it for 2 minutes at full power & checked it. It was pretty brown, but I did it another 30 seconds. Just experiment. Good luck!
Love watching you, two! The end was everything! 😂😅🤣😂
Id try to make them in a chaffle maker and also the cottage cheese chips. Its worth a try.
I make your cottage cheese chips but I add ranch powder, some extra sharp cheddar cheese and fresh cracked black pepper into the mix before cooking them. I'm going to try that with this recipe as well, hopefully I get the same results because the cottage cheese chips made that way are amazing.
i respect the honest. hands down
Y’all are so funny! Hope you do gain 90,000 subscribers to enjoy the fun!
What if you purée the cottage cheese with the egg whites? The cottage cheese would make the mixture thicker and you could put it on parchment paper to get a thinner chip that can be baked in the oven. You can choose the egg white to cottage cheese ratio. I’m not a huge chip fan, so this isn’t something I’ve been experimenting with, but I like your videos and seeing what works and doesn’t work for you. Also, thank you for showing us your mistakes too so we know what to expect and not that everything turns out perfect each time.
I laughed so hard when you both kept talking at the same time over and over again. I actually cracked my lip when I smiled. 😂 ouch *I need to stop ignoring my lip balm*
But I vote for you to take a spatula downstairs with you when you're taste testing and whoever is holding the spatula 'talking stick' has the floor. LOL
Maybe grind up bacon bits into a powder & used for flavoring.
Maybe blend cottage cheese and egg white together and then make them. Making cottage cheese smooth before hand. ??
Add a touch of shredded cheese, that will make it so much yummier and perhaps a little crispier.
I've seen the egg whites used before. I think there's something to that. It's mild flavored, liquid, and cooks up like a chip. Add salt and potato extract and you'd probably have something there. And yeah, larger muffin cups.
Lady I saw whipped til frothy and used the froth for chips
Ladies, you are so hilarious. I enjoy your videos. 😂
Have you tried Cut da Carb. They make great chips. I use sea salt on some and Italian seasoning on others but you can use whatever seasoning you prefer.
Yes! We love it!
Have you tried Wilde Chicken chips. They are so good.
I love it so much when you two are twinning ❤ I had high hopes but now hmmmmmmm egg white chips are not so much based on this review 😥 I still love the cottage cheese chips although yes, they are so much more work 😕 I also cam across an almond flour recipe that makes fake cheese it's from keto focus. You girls should try those. Oven baked and not a ton of work. I made them without the cheese powder and subbed out nutritional yeast but am now gonna order some cheese powder. They were pretty good 🙂
So funny I was laughing at the end.❤❤😂😅
Serious giggles at @5:51 🤣😘😋
I’m wondering if you could use the mini muffin tins to make the cottage cheese chips. Do you think they could be cooked in the oven? I would love to see you try that.
Maybe try the potato extract flavoring.
I wonder if you could put a little white vinegar into the egg whites before cooking to make salt and vinegar chips?
Mix egg whites with cottage cheese??
Next time could you try whipping IL the egg whites like a meringue, but using egg white powder as a replacement for the sugar? To make keto savoury meringues
You guys should make the stuffed crust tortilla pizza recipe from Jordan Howlett
Good effort. How about cheese powder?
What if you add blended cottage cheese to the egg whites? Just a little to add flavor and texture. Worth a try!
Thats a good idea
That was too funny! I don't thing there is a replacement for real potato chips. Like you, I am on a quest.
What about using an air fryer
I wonder if you could do the cottage cheese chips in the molds to cook more at once?
What about egg and cream of tartar mix
What if you mix in a little bit of dehydrated potato?
I saw potato fiber on Amazon. Maybe we can used that, add just a litter bit to this recipe. It just .18 carbs
Try egg whites and cottage cheese to see if it makes a better chip 😊
What about just super thin slicing a rutabaga and frying it?
Maybe add parm or dano's? Maybe a touch of bacon grease instead of avocado oil?
Try adding potato flavoring to boost the potato flavor.
First of all, thanks for being the real deal. You remind me of how I banter with my siblings and bff. Hey! What about combining egg whites (unfrothed/unbeatened --- just as you did in this video) and cottage cheese with spices?
Ha ha ha ... I'm sending you not a smiley face, but some chip faces 😮 😂 😊 --- that's what the little mini muffin perfectly round chips from the silicon mold reminded me. Ha ha ha
Have you tried Wilde protein chips. The Himalayan Salt ones really taste like chips to me.
I love them. I found them on clearance at my Walmart and bought 8 bags.
I just don’t think there is any replacing a chip. 😊
How about if you put those chips flat on a baking sheet like you did with the cottage cheese chips?
A dark pan cooks hotter and faster than silicon. Also, the lower rack is going to burn the bottoms faster. If you had placed the metal pan on the center rack, you’d probably have been more successful.
Maybe try the instant potatoes hack with this...hmmm🤔
We tried it, it was…. Not good 🤣
Thanks for the giggles.
😆🙃😉
🤗🤗❤️🤗
First! Love your videos!
🎉🎉🎉🎉🥳
Interesting but its not something i would thing are very good but worth a try
It's hard to find alternate food while on keto.... The struggle lol
LOL I love you two. So funny and I respectfully say, beautiful. You have shown that KETO works. My issue is I need to equip my kitchen.
I wonder if you mixed half egg white with half whipped cottage cheese, put 1 teaspoon in metal muffin pan wells, and cooked 8 minutes, if they would taste good? :)
You guys should turn on your memberships and post bloopers as a membership reward 😂
🤣🤣 that’s an interesting idea lol!
Since these chips are bland, I wonder if sprinkling on cayenne pepper or a few drops of Tabasco would help
I solved by chip needs with a simple recipe: equal parts of pork panko, coarsely grated mozzarella, coarsely grated parm. Mix together thoroughly. In a small muffin tray of 24 that’s 2-2.5 inches at bottom of well put 1/2 T of mix. Bake in oven at 375 for 7-8 minutes, Or until golden brown. I live above 5K feet so it takes an extra minute for me. Cool in pan and pop out. Get crispy as they cool. They are sturdy, stand up to any dip, and are delicious. Even a great side with a meal since I’m carnivore and don’t eat veggies. Everyone likes them even SAD eaters.
"Anything can be saved by ranch" 😂
The laws of keto 🤣
What if you added potato starch or flakes to the egg? Would that add enough "potato" flavor to cover the taste of the egg? I'm thinking with the potato it might need a bit less cooking time or it would brown faster... IMHO
I was hoping you would mix some potato flakes in to these.
What if you put the cottage cheese in the silicone pans??
Hmmmm that’s a good thought :)
Do these have a texture similar to Quest Chips?
No, I don’t think so
I'm going to stick with the cottage cheese chips..BUT, Just because, I'm going to try a batch adding a little bit of the egg white mixture to the cottage cheese. I gotta know.
What if you mixed cottage cheese with the egg whites?
We haven’t tried it yet! We will have to test that in a future video ❤️
Maybe you can add the potato flakes to the egg whites. 🤷🏻♀️
