Just tried the matte top coat trick with a thin and streaky light blue and it looks perfect in two coats where it would normally take 3+, thanks for the tip!!

I followed instructions, step-by-step. So, the polish formula itself can make or break your best results, and as mentioned, the brush type is EVERYTHING! My results were less than ideal BUT, I have ridges and should have buffed them down. I’m confident I’ll achieve better results on my next mani. Thanks?
I'm super excited to try the 2nd tip with my dusty bottle of OPI Bubble Bath. I bought that because it's worshipped on Reddit but in my experience it's a streaky shadowy mess no matter how many coats I apply. Fingers crossed!

Annie S there is a type of base coat called ridge filler base coats, and they help fill the ridges in your nail so they won’t show through the nail polish. You should be able to find them online if you search for ridge filler base coats! Hope this helps!

Is there a way to apply sheer polish evenly without making it more opaque? I love the look of a clean milky pink with a visible nail line but I always end up having to paint like 4 coats to even out the streakiness and it becomes opaque
Try out this matte top coat hack which should allow it to apply more evenly!
Hi 😊 how do u get the layers to dry quickly enough? I find each layer takes so long to dry 😅 and then the if I touch anything it it spoils the color 😢
