Gorgeous! I’m from the Scottish highlands and we get some nasty winter storms here, but we rarely get thunderstorms. I’d love to visit the USA to see these beautiful storms - you guys have amazing big skies due to the flat lands and it’s so completely opposite to where I live. We have lots of mountains and although it’s very beautiful, I’d trade for a bit just to experience these gorgeous storms. If anyone needs a 46 year old nurse or nanny in exchange for a place to crash, I’d love that lol!
If you do visit and hope to catch a thunderstorm, make sure it is during the warmer half of the year and at the right location. There are some places in the US that have a lot of thunderstorms and some that have little to no storms. I live in south-central Kentucky, but the storms aren't very impressive here. I have heard that some states tend to have bad weather frequently, but I can't remember which ones. You should do some research to know the best places to find severe/heavy thunderstorms.
Amazing storm... love the aquamarine sky & pink lightning. I live in the UK & we don't usually get storms on this scale here. It's my dream to go on a storm chasing week in the US.
Shit we can switch places I hate storms when I was a kid a light pole was struck next to the car I was in which was at most 10 feet away by far the loudest thing Ive ever heard
This spring and summer of 2023 in this video was so intense. We had like 6 storms with micro burst especially at IAH where I worked. We had EF2 Tornado which i got videos of it on my channel. I even go stuck in Tomball off 249 pulling over cause of an intense storm that had Tornado warnings and it was night so i couldnt see well.
That's an amazing looking front!! Also I think 2:25 is one of the scariest sounding thunderclaps I've ever heard. It just sounded like wind blowing in the mic really hard.
The rain 🌧 came down harder and harder and then there was probably hail. I thought 💭 that the first time I watched this video. Hail looks like snow ❄. Hail is sooooo cooool. I wish New Orleans got more hail.
That was nice thank you it’s nice to see the actual storm. Come in and run. Yeah sure I would like some lightning dark skies etc. but the main thing is I got to see the storm and not somebody just talking or the storm Raven 20 screens up like make sure you subscribe now I’m like us and send us money. I’m tired of those guys are home, so great job.
The first time I watched this video I thought that derechos and supercells were calling “hurricanes with lightning ⛈.” Back then I didn’t know that hurricanes 🌀 produce lightning ⛈ but I did know that tropical storms produce lightning ⛈. Back then I never saw lightning ⛈ during hurricanes 🌀. Hurricane 🌀 ida produced lightning ⛈ in New Orleans but I wasn’t in New Orleans during hurricane 🌀 Ida. When I found out that hurricanes 🌀 do produce lightning ⛈ I looked up “what is a thunderstorm ⛈ with very strong wind 💨 like a hurricane 🌀 called?” And google said “derecho.” When I found out that hurricane 🌀 Ida produced lightning ⛈ I thought 💭 that hurricane 🌀 Ida was a derecho. I thought 💭 category 1 hurricanes 🌀 were tropical storms and category 4 and 5 hurricanes 🌀 were derechos. I also thought 💭 a mothership cloud 🌧 was called a “supercell.” But it’s not. A supercell is a rotating thunderstorm ⛈. I also thought 💭 that only category 4 and 5 hurricanes 🌀 produce lightning ⛈, because that’s what google says. My sister is right google does lie sometimes. And I thought 💭 there was a difference between a hurricane 🌀 that produces lightning ⛈ and a hurricane 🌀 that doesn’t produce lightning ⛈. Boy was I naive about the hurricane 🌀 with lightning ⛈ information.

Visit during May to September. You're bound to catch some good ones especially in the South!

These were some powerful storms, did a lot of damage in the Cypress area around FM 1960 between 249 and 290.

Beautiful!
Nothing and means NOTHING will STOP a Walmart Shopper from getting the lowest price on isle #3……even if it means getting their vehicle washed away….
😂😂😂 LOL
Ain’t that the truth.
They don't have Walmart in my country, what do they sell at aisle 3? I don't get the joke 😅

Cloud To Ground Lightning Strikes are so much fun I still have yet to see one hit anything though up close or super close to a window
That’s impressive!!

TheRe S. 100%. Positive lightning ⛈ Stirekes. In every Batch
Beautiful supercell
Looks a lot like August 16, 2020 in NE DFW
dang that storm looks bad the fact it was strong enough to move the light pole and make the power flash
Looked like a twister was trying to form over that Walmart.. And still the shoppers wanted their deals.

What a wallcloud hanging over Walmart!
earth has lots of strong winds from the severe thunderstorm 1:44

That's the ancient amplified thunderstorms, not the actual severe thunderstorm that gets.

Filmed at the shopping center at 249 and 2920, and 249 and Spring Cypress yes
