The amount of CGs starting around 6:00 was crazy. Amazing storm!
This scene kind of reminds me of a science fiction movie where the alien spaceships hide inside the thunderstorm and land very stealthy. This storm was a mesocyclone that didn’t have a lot of rotation but still a scary one to look at. Great video !

Personally I'd rather prefer going to places like Sweden, Norway, Russia, Canada, Finland and Yukon to see those spectacular aurora skies 🤩💖 than going to stormy places
I live in the north east U.S.A and I've never even seen a storm like this either.

Reminds me of the supercell Skip Talbot and Jen Brindley chased near Troy Grove in June of 2016. It had an incredible CG barrage, with direct strikes!

That lightning became more and more intensive and gave a beautiful footage. Kinda sad that we don't have lightning storms like this in The Netherlands. Just hope that we got some good lightning this summer.
Kind of funny a lot of people feel the same way about not getting good thunderstorms. I guess I am not the only one who is depressed that we miss out on good ones like this.

I heard some tornado sirens going off was there a tornado warning? Also the lightning was very crazy. I’m just glad you didn’t get struck by lightning!
Around 6:00 in the video, at that point I would have left out of there because them bolts were getting closer

How clouds form: In the ocean, the sun heats up with gas and the water jumps up to make clouds then if the water keeps going, the clouds gets bigger and bigger.
Ones the clouds full of water, it starts to rain.

How lightning form: Lightning happens when the negative charges (electrons) in the bottom of the cloud are attracted to the positive charges (protons) in the ground.
How rainbows form: it happens when light from the sun is scattered by water droplets (e.g. raindrops or fog) through a process called refraction.This causes the white light to split into different colours. Longer wavelengths appear as red and shorter wavelengths appear as blue or violet. Just to add a positive note. 🌈🌈🌈

Never in my life, in all the UA-cam videos I've downloaded of the fiercest of severe storms, of the most violent, terrifying tornadoes, have I ever seen anything like the storm on this video. And I mean NEVER!!! OMG!!! 🏆🏆🏆🏆 At the 14:00/16:00 point in the video, that supercell didn't even look real; in fact, it reminded me of a Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade float of a gargantuan hedgehog that kept blowing up bigger and bigger to the point of exploding!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I wouldn't be surprised if that insane lightening set fire to everything it struck - it certainly looked capable of it!!! When the sirens finally sounded, I wondered, What the hell took them so long??? Where were they when the gargantuan hedgehog was in the process of taking over the earth??? 🤣🤣🤣🤣😁 THANKS SO MUCH FOR THE SHARE!!! This is definitely on the top of my list of UA-cam favorites!!!

Sharon McCartney: Teal green is one tornadic sky color. We had a near tornado in Minneapolis the other night, and the sky first turned this dirty-dishwater yellow, then went neon yellow-orange!! YIKES!! 😯 Funny how when the weather gets "sick," the sky turns weird colors like people's skin does when we're sick!! 😆

Well dame thats a really bad,storm way too much lightning touching the ground luckily their wasn't any fire in the video and I'm shocked on how dangerous the storm was were live is a different story because theirs barely any server storms I get at 2 or 3 bad storms but again this video is a good and a shocking video for sure
