I’d love to Use colorful broken glasses and plates but I don’t have a rock tumbler. Also Do you actually step on your stones or are they for decorating? They look too prettyvto walk on 🧡🖤
Thank you for your comment. I began with a small rock tumbler from Harbor Freight.. maybe $50.. snd began breaking glass bottles and getting great results just using the #36 grit leaving the machine on and tumbling 72 hours. That got it sea glassy enough for my stepping stones. However, if you don’t have:want one the glass plates and colored glass mosaics you can get online are fantastic. As well as game pieces, little stones etc. I do use my stones to walk on… using them in the garden in a path is a good way for me to get from point a to point b minimizing soil impact as I pass thru garden. As well as not getting soil and wet on my shoe treads. They also make excellent decor just to add accents and pops of color. Anywhere you want to spread additional happiness🥰 thank you for watching and taking time to leave a comment!
