  • Yes people, what is going on! In this video I will demonstrate and show you a 30-minute workout that you can do at home to improve your stamina. During the current climate it is important that we keep up our training up so we are sharp and ready for when the football is back on. It is important that we keep up our stamina training to ensure we are fit and sharp for when the football is back on.

    In & out squats 6:15
    Tuck jumps 7:15
    Mountain climbers 8:15
    Side to side squats 9:15
    Crisscross jumps 10:15
    High knees 11:15
    Squat jumps 12:15
    Two feet In & out 13:15
    last 20s + 1 min rest

    it's very snowy outside which means no running for me. I have to get fit for tryouts in a month too. Thanks for this workout! I'm sure to do this every day or every other day!

    I couldn't only complete it until min 20.and it was my first time doing stamina workout. But I have saved this and do it everyday. Well done.

    Thanks man I was injured for 6 months plus I gained 40 pounds cuz of it, I’m getting back to training in a month n a half so I need to get in shape, but it’s snowing but this is a better way I believe

    It's my first day doing this.
    I'm a footballer who hasn't played in years, now I'm training as hard as I can for clubs and matches, in high school. Due to a few health conditions, my stamina is awful and my endurance even worse. I'll be updating this comment regularly, daily, or weekly.
    Today I survived till 7:14 (embarrassing I know, but I'll work my way on top again).

      My stamina is awful as well today I survived to 18:56 I won mvp for my high school junior team in gr 10 and in gr 11 everyone thinks I’m garbage and it’s really pissing me off I even ran a 4.80 for 35 meters at some ⚽️ centre we went to and I got the fastest time I recently got downplayed by some gr 12 who says he was wearing a shoes that day that made him not as fast my confident is plummeting down idk I’m currently doing awful in indoor season mainly cause I’m a pace abuser and my style is on open field last year was prove where I scored 3 goals in 3 matches for outdoor hope to get back in form full of sweat rn from the workout I got a game next week let’s do this although I’m on the bench when I get a chance I won’t fail 😅

    I played 6-a-side yesterday, and worked out my legs and abs after the game, so I struggled to complete this without 3-5 seconds rest in each exercise, but I will continue doing this every day as hard as I can until this becomes an easy warmup, keep going buddy ✌🔥

    I've been doing this with my 11 year old son....he manages the 3...I'm goosed after 2 (I'm 54 years old and 14.5 stone ) determined to get to the 3 ...my son wil be as chuffed as me.....

      You will definitely improve your stamina with this workout. However, the best way to build fitness for football is by team training and playing matches. This will make you what I like to call ‘football fit’👊

      I've been doing this pretty much daily for nearly 4 weeks and you can definitely notice improvement after. First few days I could only reach the end of the first interval, so after a week of just doing the first I was able to make it to the end of the second with almost no problem. Now im begging to get used to doing the whole thing and I definitely notice the improvement in stamina when I'm in gym class playing.
