I’m 41 n had a partial hysterectomy my body has gained weight within the last few years since I had surgery I lift weights walk n eat healthy and I can’t get ride of the weight. I had my obgyn do a harmone level n she told me I’m now where near menopause. I’m confused bc since I haven’t had a period in three years doesn’t that qualify as me going into menopause. I’m so glad I found your channel. Thank you so much much for making this video!❤
A night time routine is so important, you are right Tracy! I go to bed at the same time every day, and wake up at the same time every day as well. I love to read before bedtime!
Hi Tracy. You say sleep is so important but the problem is I don't get much sleep after menopause. I'm 50 and got menopause at 46. Any solutions to this. I also feel very tired and wake up at night to pee which disturbs my sleep even more
I did the frequency thing a couple of times and it was the testosterone one. Every time i woke up feeling weird. My husband did one as well and he said he felt down all day. Lol

I am 52, still having periods, but I guess it doesn''t hurt to prepare and have some knowledge what might be ahead. I still don't have hot flashes but I heard they are horrendous! How do women deal with that?

Be careful with estrogen cream in your vagina. Your partner (male) can absorb the estrogen during sex.
Ask your gynecologist, not this woman who is not a licensed health professional. How naive 🙄
