I have cut back on the Siete tortillas because of the ‘xantham gum’ ingredient but they make a great tostada if you put in the toaster oven for a couple minutes 🙂
Prime protein powder is beef protein and comes in many different flavors (that don't taste like beef) for all those dairy free and looking for something other than plant protein
@@bitokay147agree, animal products are the most bioavailable to the human body. It is more difficult for our bodies to convert plants into our meat suit! 😂 and there are many anti nutrients in plants
I do vegan low salt, mostly raw and have recently fallen in love with coconut yogurt, mixed with coconut shavings, raspberries, blueberries, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds. I do two scoops of organic pea protein powder with a scoop of collagen from coconuts, and it is so so delicious! No words!
Yum, Yum! Great tips. I also like adding extra egg whites to my egg scramble so I up the protein but not the fat. Hard-boiled egg will also be good addition to that yummy chickpea salad that I can’t wait to make!
Eat leaner protein meats, lower fat cottage cheese n yogurt, and whole foods to fill u w/out a lot of calories. Fresh veggies n low glycemic fruits-berries, etc. Protein shakes are great too. Just my opinion 🤍
I am having joint pain , lost muscles and experiencing pelvic pain that my doctor can't help me with because he doesn't know what's causing my pain. Turned 40 yesterday and woken up with extra dry throat, joint pain and fat skinny

Thx for the tips Tracy! ❤ If you add Greek feta cheese into your chickpea salad - extra amazing flavour complements chickpeas 🎉 & added protein. PS. In fact, I add strained (bc of its extra thick consistency) Greek yoghurt to almost everything for added protein - eg. giant dollops as finishing touch on hot soups, on top of pasta sauce, on top of any crunchy salad, mix it with mustard to 'bind' my wrap ingredients, with kebabs, with fruit....& so on Greek yoghurt is relatively cheap compared to QUALITY (eg. aged) hard yellow cheeses (I love parmesan but it's pricey where I live), it stores easily in the fridge & has a longer shelf life compared to opened cottage/ricotta cheese containers .

These two are completely different. One is plant based, the other is not. Personally, I love Truvani protein powder! The owner really cares about ingredients and doesn't add any fillers or unnecessary ingredients to her protein powder.
I would love a video of a good plant based protein powder. Will I not lose weight if I drink the protein powder shakes if I only workout a few times a week?

I came to ask the same question. I'm not sure what Tracy does, but every influencer I have watched / followed I later found were also taking HRT. I feel it negates the "tips" they give to women going through this time in their lives. HRT is a game changer - it's best to give full disclosure because we will not get the same results.

I know menopause Is really going to eat my muscles up more and due to ms I can't just lift heavy like a normal woman. Peri has been hard on me. When you’re in the calories deficit how are you going to get that easy protein goal per day?

Adding nuts and seeds to your protein only ups the fat and calorie content making it actually worse for weight gain....
And you do NOT get that much protein in nuts w/o a huge amount, and to your point, loads more calories and fat, good fat, but still fat
