I’m here on day 3 and I feel great! I am never motivated to complete 30 day series or any of those exercise challenges, but the calming music, soft voice, and slow pace is making me more motivated. I’m excited to be back tomorrow for day 4!

I have always loved the barre pilates. They make you feel so wholesome. Especially the full-length ones. It really does feel like I am dancing on a cloud or something. I started pilates back in 2020-21, after my vaccination. Since my body was weak, I was advised stretching exercises than indulging in anything intensive. I used to do aerobics/ zumba/ dance. Since I found "Moving Mango", I have been stronger. I remember doing the classic pilates moves back then and feeling challenged. It immediately got rid of my prejudice, plus your soothing voice throughout the workout guided my every move. I have realized how important breathing right actually. Everything I am, my body is, my mind and heart is, I owe it all to you, Hannah! I have done every single one of your workouts and I am so happy. Thank you so much for starting this channel and doing everything that you have been doing for us. I am sincerely grateful.
Completed Day 3. Today was different with different exercises. Working out with this series is the only me time I am spending. Thank you for making my days brighter and helping me relax,.
Showed up for day 3. I’m feeling risky so I’m going to repeat day 2 now. … see you tomorrow for day 4 ( I comment so I can keep track and accountability for myself😂)
Dear Hannah, I have been looking for the type of exercise I can do early in the morning while my kids are still asleep and Pilates resonated so much with me. Yesterday was Day 2 and my body was in agony as I am exercising after almost 3 years now. Today is my Day 3 and I feel awesome. I first came across your weight loss video but then I thought I will go through the 30 day IN challenge first. I love the calmness and serenity it envelopes me in while still doing the exercises. I tried every other exercise. Workouts, dance but I would not want my kids to wake up while I do it and then I work full-time plus when everyone is awake I don’t have time to exercise so early mornings are the Best time for me. I will follow and complete the 30 day challenge. Thank you so much. You are wonderful. God bless.

I just discover you, I needed to get back into pillages, and I always find formatted series nice to follow. Normally I would go to blogilates, but she has not challenge running fitting for me. And Move with Nicole has just like yoga with Adrienne a lot of trainings online, but when restarting again I simply don’t know where to start and which video to choose. So I started yesterday with day 0 and day 1. It’s different, I didn’t like the music, it’s too loud and it was/is distracting at times. However, the exercises and lesson are great! For me the music can be put softer, of left all together. 😅 and you must have heard this before, but you kinda remind me of Jennie (I believe it’s Jennie) from BlackPink. I’ll continue to follow this 30 day series till the end of the year, because I .Ike the formatted intense but low impact program. ❤ just gotta love Pilates.
