Paul, I used to watch (and exercise ☺️) with your videos about 10 years ago. I then got busy BUT I’m glad I found you again! I am subscribing because some of the other exercise videos on YT that I’ve been watching don’t get me going like yours! I decided to start today with this short video. It was a good one. Blessings!

I love this work out, hurt my leg a while ago and my knee so I needed something leg friendly.After the 10minutes I was really sweating.will do it daily for 7 days and I know that I will get results.Thanks Eugine

Hello: Diet questions are so tricky, because all are bodies do not respond the same. My advice is to try different things to see what works for you. For example I tried the inter mitten fasting, where I would not eat or drink anything between 8 PM and 1 PM the next day. I did lose some pounds at first, but then hit a point where nothing dropped anymore. I drank a lot of water and went a more Keto diet at that time. I am leaning toward making the Keto diet a lifestyle for me. The fasting not as rigorous.
