    I love these mini workouts. I use them as a second workout of my day in the afternoon to move around a bit. I'm an athletic boomer who has been working out for well over 40 years and love your videos. ❤

      thanks, this was short on purpose. I was really short on time. But I wanted to give something to help keep people moving. My schedule has lighten up so a longer one I can do.
