    Im going to follow your expert advice to let the temperature increase or decrease completely to the setting I selected before changing it again. It's currently on 4 and when the Run light turns off I'll turn the dial to 3. Thank you .

    2-3 lbs per cf ?? Why buy a freezer then ??

      you have a 7 cubic foot freezer you can add 21lbs of unfrozen food at a time (optimally)
      you want to add more then wait a few hours until the food freezes.

      Well, your freezer isn't freezing. Freezing is 0 and below for Celsius and 32 and below for Fahrenheit.

      I like for a freezer to be between 1 to 5° below zero.
