Day 6. I normally never make this far in a challenge but the way you teach this and the simplicity of adding it to my day makes it fun. I feel great after and refreshed. I haven’t introduced weights yet - I easing in as I haven’t done work like this in a while and then when I come around the second time I will add them in.
that's great to hear! I'm so glad you've been coming back. it's fine if you don't use weights yet, go at your own pace and that is a great plan to do add them in the second go around!
Hi Rachel, just did your day 6 wall pilates and I have found that my muscles are feeling stronger and the body is saying it is keen to do other exercises ie walking. Also I am finding that I am stretching the body through the day which reminds me how great it feels to follow your daily workouts. A big thank you from me ❤
Day 6 was best for me so far. Finally feel my form is right. No back pain when lifted. First day that I was able to stay lifted the whole time along with you!! 👏

They help me to participate in time with you after I get the hang of it, without having to stop exercising all the time to go back and watch closely. I usually do more of a hitt routine so I hope this is working. I wanted to try something different.I do 2 session at a time because it just seems like it isn't a workout, but it is. I feel it! I'm on day 4 and interesting enough it is a challenge
Another day and another great workout thanks. BTW these workouts are deceiving, I get them done very easily then the next day feeling the aches from working the muscles. Mostly buttocks and abs lol. Loving this again thanks

Day 6 ✅️ it's me 55 yo and please do not stop talking first I need to know if I'm doing I right and if I only focused on what I was doing or how it felt...I would die 😅 we had a cold snap here and I had to chop through 4 in of ice on 2 troughs of water for the horses...thank God I have been doing these..that usually puts me out of commission for 5 to 7 days in my shoulders and arms back etc...But I just took off yesterday my shoulders were sore and a little arms BUT not my back THAT is a miracle and I have no doubt it's because I'm stronger...not only do you have to break through the 4 in of ice you have to take it out or it will freeze up again faster...happy that was only 2 days...but I only needed ONE day and I WANTED to work out again today I was like weights oh boy ...and no pain I couldn't believe it...still tiny bit sore in the shoulders but I abuse my body I owe it to my body to make it stronger so that the things that I have to do are not putting me out of commission for a week...thanks again Rachel ❤💪 see you tomorrow

That is Amazing!! Having also worked on a farm & understand the lvl of work you r doing! These days I'm worried about me slip & fall. I've barely been able to walk well for 11 yrs due to nerve damage.
No questions, just here to say I feel a sense of Euphoria with this stretch. I have done other stretches, and they have been achievable, however. This is the first exercise where I felt TRUE decompression of my spine. I feel peaceful, and one with the moment. Thank you so much Rachel❤ Day 4 done 🎉

Just finished day 6! (I had to leave a couple days in between because I had an exam, ) but I am SO proud that I got myself back in it today!!! These videos are absolutely amazing, in 15 minutes I feel like an accomplished woman and I am so proud of myself! Staying lifted in the glutes is also getting less difficult every day❤️ thank you so much for this routine, I always struggle to get myself to show up when Its the same workout everyday, but this is so dynamic and Keeps me engaged!!
I loved this workout. It’s one of my favorites. I used 8lb weights. I think I want to do 10lb weights next time to really maximize my workout. Thank you Rachel you are so amazing. 🥰

Round 2 day 22😊 felt awesome especially for it being 930 at night. I normally struggle so late, but this one felt so good. Really trying to get these in during our chaos of a wk even if I’m done at 930 😂
Day 6 was great! My arms feel tight and strong today. I agree with the others on this thread, your instruction is so helpful because I am not always looking at the screen. It makes it easier to follow.
Day 6 complete. I feel so much better in only six days. I love your commenting. You are easy to follow and I don't get lost trying to figure out the movements 😊
These give me so many ideas to vary certain routines and to get creative if I only have a wall or certain weights. Thank you, Rachel! You make it so easy to follow the routine and the plan overall🙆♀️
Day 22 done! I admittedly slacking off since day 15 with lots of rest days in between because I was travelling a lot but I tried to continue and squeeze in a workout whenever I could. And I thought "argh I will lose all the strength I gained in that short amount of time" but no, I didn't. Actually with a few more rest days in between I noticed I can do the workouts more easily. So if your body needs rest, give it a rest, that's what I learned 😄 However I try doing everything until day 28 now every day. I added the Abs-Workout on top today as well. I think once I'm done I want to repeat the challenge just to compare how I'd do on day one now.
yes that is a great idea! and totally ok to take rest days like you did. it is fun to see people go through the challenges additional times and see improvements. I hope you experience that too!

Day 6 of 7 day challenge done. Can see improvement from when I first did this routine in tbe 28 day challenge. An on moving up to the second 28 day challenge after I finish this week.
Day 6 ✅ So challenging with the back to back bridging exercises, especially the one-legged sets! Super challenging to keep hips lifted during those! On a side note, any recommendations on how to keep the relieve pressure on the skin on back of the neck while in the bridge?
my guess is the pressure is from your body sliding away from the wall. It may help to not press with your feet as much into the wall, and as you build strength in the glutes it'll help you stay up with your feet gently supporting you. if it gets too uncomfortable you absolutely do a regular bridge with your feet on the ground for the bridging work!

You can definitely support your head with your hands if u need to! I usually advise people that if we are doing something with the arms as well, to do one and support your head with the other, and switch halfway through

That’s great! Yes it’s likely less intense than what you are used to.. some ppl use these for a “finisher” at the end of their gym workout!

Getting it done. I’m traveling and didn’t bring my weights so I used 1 lb 22 oz cans. Lighter the usual weight I use but better than none!

Day 22 great workout!
Just started and I love the videos! When I do mostly ab work it is really hurting my neck which is probably common. Any suggestions would be appreciated!!!! THANK YOU
You can definitely support your head with your hands if u need to! I usually advise people that if we are doing something with the arms as well, to do one and support your head with the other, and switch halfway through
