Hello from Russia! I love your videos very much. You can explain complex things in simple terms. I really like the final tastings in the beautiful nature of Italy. Spectacular!
Andrea is a must watch, and his recipes are *100% doable* and reasonably easy to follow. Personally, I went from his simple ginger beer recipe to Kvas, Rice Wine, etc. Currently trying the Sicilian almond wine.
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato The new project is over. The result was much better than expected. Commenting on the almond wine page now. Thanks a lot for following up, my friend.

Thanks to you. My Sicilian Great Grandmother taught me how to make Christmas cookies, bread, pizza, pasta, & ravioli. She would not teach me wine making as she said I was too young. Now! I can make wine that I can teach my children and one day my grandchildren. The traditions can continue. I am grateful to you.

@@lishannicholasdsouza2261 it was delicious! The alcohol level wasn't too high; I guess my yeast was a little lazy... The taste was super good, with notes of pear/apple, sweet but not too sweet, slightly sparkling. It didn't taste at all like a commercial wine, but that's the beauty of it. I was very proud ;) This year, my grapes aren't going as well as last year because of the bad weather in NL, so I still haven't picked them yet.
