  • Today we prepare the wine at home, but not the classic red or white grape wine, we will not make even a rosé wine, because we will use Mango 😋
This fruit wine is perfect for summer or for a special occasion.
Very good and easy to make, here's what you need:
    Mango 2500 g
    Water 4 liters
    Sugar 700 g
    Lime 1
    Grapes 1 bunch
Let us know what you think about it and give us your advice 🤩
Here, on my website, you will soon find the written recipe: www.cuoredicioccolato.it
Here you can buy the Cuoredicioccolato T-SHIRTS

I’m not a wine drinker but I started making wine for a hobby and this mango wine was the first one I made. After it was done I gave it to my friends and family. I asked everybody to give me a 1/10 rating after they drank it and to my surprise it got an average 8 rating!😂😂😂👍👍 Thanks Japedo!

The recipe you used looks well-balanced and carefully thought out, incorporating essential ingredients like yeast nutrients, pectic enzyme, and tannin to enhance the fermentation process and overall flavor profile. The addition of lime juice and acid blend should provide a refreshing and balanced acidity to complement the mango's natural sweetness.

Signore Cuore, I did it! I made mango wine based on your video. :) I made one batch with skins and one without. I tasted almost half of one batch because I got so excited. It was more sour than I expected, and also a bit bitter, but I sure got a kick out of it. It measured at 9.5% alcohol. I bottled it all and now after 5 days I tasted it again and it's so much better!
I found a new hobby and wanted to thank you for it.

it's reallllly dry and has a very slight sour taste (which might also be because i left the grape seeds and all a bit too long idk, it's not unpleasant) , tbh the mango taste is like very light, its super refreshing cold also its VERY VERY BOOZY i don't have that gadget to check the alcohol content but its really strong. i liked it 8/10 (i would add some spices next time i think cardamom would go well and a bit more sugar)

someone's probably made a comment like this, but you make it "sparkle" by adding a little sugar to it before bottling. the wine will remain carbonated after the yeast eat the sugar or you can pasteurize the bottles to kill the yeast to stop them from eating the sugar if you like your wine sweet.

I just started using raisins in my wine for added body and color. I'm very pleased with the results. This would be a great way to start making wine from fresh fruit. Putting in grapes for the yeast would make it extra special. Thank you!

    • @BJCMXY
      @BJCMXY 3 роки тому +1

Wild Yeast gives wildly inconsistent results depending on where the source material is from, when it's harvested, and the conditions under which it is growing naturally.
That's why breweries rely on specifically chosen cultivars that produce the desired results on a consistent basis, while avoiding certain traits.
This also helps avoid contamination by varieties of bacteria and otherwise undesirable microbial growths, that can occur if the yeasts are out competed by another microbe, due to undesirable growing conditions...
