- Finally after many requests I can explain how to make WHITE WINE at home, naturally at an amateur level.
In this recipe we only need grapes, I used 7 kg of White Grapes and in the end I got 4 liters of wine.
As always, advice is welcome 😉 so don't hesitate to leave your comment.

Andrea is a must watch, and his recipes are *100% doable* and reasonably easy to follow. Personally, I went from his simple ginger beer recipe to Kvas, Rice Wine, etc.
Currently trying the Sicilian almond wine.
Thanks 🙂 keep us updated with the new project 😉
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato The new project is over. The result was much better than expected. Commenting on the almond wine page now. Thanks a lot for following up, my friend.

Thanks to you. My Sicilian Great Grandmother taught me how to make Christmas cookies, bread, pizza, pasta, & ravioli. She would not teach me wine making as she said I was too young.
Now! I can make wine that I can teach my children and one day my grandchildren.
The traditions can continue.
I am grateful to you.

Really interesting video! My great-grandfather used to make his own wine, and all his friends made wine at home, but nobody else in the family does that anymore, or knows how to do it. I also wanted to ask where you filmed the end of the video! Such a beautiful place, even though it's an old building that's falling apart!
Hi 👋🏼
Thanks for sharing your family experience 🙂 I filmed the video in Apuglia, south of Italy

Spectacular!)))
Spectacular 🥳🍷🥃 thanks for sharing your experience
Very simple explanations straight to the fact. I'm probably never going to make wine but you still got my subscribe good sir :)
Thanks yassine 👍🏼 for your support
My friends used to make this beautiful thing called ”kotiviini” or ”home wine” in english. It has so much flavors and is so nice to drink!
For 10litres you need:
500grams of blueberries
200grams of strawberries
3,5kilograms of sugar
Recipe:
Rinse your fruit with luke warm water and add them to your fermenter. Add your sugars and 8litres of water.
Ferment for 21 days, bottle and enjoy!
It’s a tradition to make this beverage in what we finns call ”kiljusanko” which basically adds nothing but is much easier to syphon from!
Much love
-Arttu

I want to make this wine, so I'm interested in:
Can I grind grapes in a juicer and at what temperature do the first and second fermentations take place?
Thanks in advance and we look forward to new clips.

Be careful that the seeds are bitter
21*C degrees is the best

I am making my first homemade wine right now, with following your advices! It’s so exiting !
Keep us updated and send me some pictures on instagram 😉
How was it
Yes 👍🏼 I would like to know too 🍾
@@lishannicholasdsouza2261 it was delicious! The alcohol level wasn't too high; I guess my yeast was a little lazy... The taste was super good, with notes of pear/apple, sweet but not too sweet, slightly sparkling. It didn't taste at all like a commercial wine, but that's the beauty of it. I was very proud ;) This year, my grapes aren't going as well as last year because of the bad weather in NL, so I still haven't picked them yet. I will let you know if I retry the experience; I may also make juice.
Very nice! I made some mango/apple wine following your recipe just recently, after adding sugar the 2nd time, it came out sparkling too! it was about 3% alcohol, and it was very nice!
A person that's two or three comments up from yours wants to know how you tell how much alcohol is in it.. They're worried that it's not safe.
I was hoping maybe you would help them 😉.
Spectacular 🤩👍🏼😉
he uses the densimeter for knowing the alcohol content u wont be able to know the alcohol content if u didnt check the initial gravity and final gravity of your wine.. i just make the wine, never checked it coz densimeter in my place right now is unavailable or hard to find the place to buy..
amzn.to/3kEcD1c 😉
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato hopefully the person two or three comments up will see it.

I have made red wine from blue grapes from Calabria. Resting now until April. Then it must be bottled. I took a plant from a vineyard down there. I followed your recipe for red wine. Hope it will be good.
Im from Sweden by the way 😀
Spectacular 🍷🍇👍🏼🥳 keep us updated 😉I have different friends from Sweden
Amazing. I have just put Spirit on the oak wood to try the whiskey. Thanks a lot.
How was it?
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato It was long time ago, but I remember that mine was fine. My friend had even better wood. His was very fine! It actually suprisingly works! Thank you Cioccolato! I love your channel, but since I live in China, sometimes finding all the ingredients for European cuisine is hard. Love watching you nevertheless. Blessings to you Sir and Italy!

@@motog4-75 thanks irmão!
Best channel for all brewing things.
I made a grape wine but I added too much extra sugar. The wine is good but very very sweet. How do I make it less sweet?
Will ading yeast help ferfment the sugar now?
Thank you
You can make a new wine without sugar and after you can mix them. Why did you add sugar?
Spectaculaaaaaaaaaa
Bravo 🍾
👍🏻🌺Thanks
Welcome 🤗
Thank you for the fantastic video! Can you please tell us how you make grapa? As a Balkan boy grapa/rakia is love! But i find it difficult to copy our traditional Bulgarian way of making it in western Europe. Was wondering how you make it in home conditions
Sorry but in Italy the homemade grappa is illegal 😩
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato thats just very very sad....i am shocked. We are still allowed to make it in the Balkans...but i just checked it will be illegal for me to make it in the Netherlands too....well maybe just a liter or two ones i find a good recepy hehe
wish i had the means to do all your recipes but i love the videos nonetheless!
Thanks 😊 try to do them more simple or with other fruits 😉
cool
😉👍🏼
For those of you that haven't made wine and are wondering about how its fermenting, The answer is that yeast is naturally living on just about every surface including your skin. When you crush the grapes the wild yeast from the skins of the grapes is introduced into the sweet grape must, and begins to ferment it some strains of bacteria are also in the wine from the skins. Wild fermentations are not as reliable and you could easily end up with vinegar because the microbes are different every single year. I would recommend that you buy a packet of yeast from a winemaking shop for a couple of dollars tops for a much more reliable fermentation, the yeast you buy is the same as what's on the skin just cultured and reliable and not contaminated with random other microbes. Its cheap and will guarantee you make a good wine.
Thanks for your clear explanation 👍🏼
How much should I use?
@@christianschmitt2409 Yeast is sold in standard packets as long as you are making 6 gallons or less put in the entire packet, if you make more just buy a few packets and add both of them.
Its actually cheaper to buy wine yeast in 500gram bricks than it is to buy it in little packets and it keeps for years in the fridge or the freezer.
@@pilsplease7561 so... 10g/litre would be a good estimate?
10g for 25 - 30 liters at least
Like your vdio very much

Love you video, please how do I get the cord on top of bucket cover.
The airlock?
Mine is 1000th like.. love from India.. 😍🇮🇳

Great video!! Very much love it. One question about yeast it is unclear to me did you add yeast?
The wild yeast is already on the grapes but you can use selected yeast if you have it
What type of alcohol meter do you use: for beer, for wine or some other? Thanks!
