Made something very similar but adjusted the acidity and added sugar with no raisens. When it was done, added sugar for a sparkling lemon "cider"" it's so refreshing!
Spectacular 🍾🍋
Could you share the recipe? 😊
Very similar to cuored's.
I used about 50 home grown lemons, so not as much juice as store bought but ended up with 1 250 ml ( 1 n quarter Litre) S.g. was 1.030. Then added sugar to 1.070.
Used some bi carb to bring up the acidity a bit. That was it. Once done, added about 7 g sugar but that was too much for the little 350ml bottles.
@denisdendrinos4538 yes 👍🏼 3 g are enough
@@denisdendrinos4538 thank you so much.

I am Iranian and wine belongs to the tradition of our country. I said this so that you know, as someone who made the best liquor, sugar alcohol is not good and is full of harm. In any case, thank you for your good channel.
Can you explain it in chemical terms how "sugar alcohol" is bad?

@cuoredicioccolato , what do you think of using jaggery or honey instead of sugar, and why don't you press the fruit when you take it out of the ferment??
Grazie !
Yes 👍🏼 you can use it
I was worried about the bitterness of the white part
Never crossed my mind to use lemons but that’s a great idea. 👍
Yes 👍🏼

Hi, great video! At what room temperature did you leave the fermentation?
More or less 21*C degrees
How many days can this limon wine be kept? Best before? Is this wine sweet?
1 year
superb!!
🥳👍🏼🍋🍾 thanks
How do you stop the fermentation after you bottled the wine? Most wines need chemicals (Sulfites, Potassium Sorbate) to stop the fermentation in the bottle if stored at room temperature. Do you keep the wine stored in the refrigerator? This is not a dry wine, so there will be sugar remaining.
I don’t stop it , but when the sugar finish the fermentation stops, or like here when the alcohol and the sugar level are too high the fermentation stops
As always wonderful video, I want to try this but, could you let me know how much yesst in grams approximately I need to add? They only sell me packages of 5 gr so I want know how many to buy. Thank you!
1 package but buy always more than one just in case something go wrong and you need one for emergency 😉
Can we leave out the liquor on the top?
What do you want to use?
Hey, I used to follow your wine making techniques and eventually I have tried red wine, orange, mango and also mixed ones... I wished to try out wine with jujube fruit, but its fermentation has stopped midway and it seems like the yeast that I used to add is not working properly, any idea about any compound in jujube that hinders fermentation? Or the yeast?
I don’t know 🤔 have checked the original gravity?
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato yes it is stuck. I tested the yeast, I am suspecting its a bad one... But jujube wine doesnt need any extra precaution, right?
What is the purpose of adding raisins ?
For tannins and taste
Great video
Thanks ☺️ please share this video with your friends
is there to clear your wine without chemicals? Would be nice if you could list me a few of the best😊

Where do you keep your wine whilst fermenting?
Dark room
How many liters of lemon wine did you make at the end
I don’t remember 😬 sorry
But usually at the end of the video I mention it
You said it would be sweet, is there a way to make a drier wine?
Yes 👍🏼 less sugar. Follow this recipe ua-cam.com/video/Ev3IxSwf9Yg/v-deo.htmlsi=nBiGNjtM93yL93n7
This looks as though it would be spectacular. I think Santa (o magari la Befana 😊) may have to bring me a fermenter and a hydrometer for Christmas.
😂
Hej ) Good recipe!
How and should wine be clarified (make it more transparent)?
More you wait and more clear will be
Nice work man. Try from dandelions. Find many new taste+ when do it you add some oranges and lemons peels and juces. To wine 1 kilo dandelions mix with 1 kilo sugar mix. Stay it in some wessel for 2 weeks or month in warm. It will be a syurop. It could stay for ages. Wery tasty and helth. From this syurop try to make wine. Add some lemon and orange juice and peels, because it haven,t enouf acid. Try it. ❤
Thanks for the idea 😉👍🏼
Can this same method be used to make wine with other citrus fruits? I'm thinking of oranges? Also, yellow lemons are hardly available where I live, but almost everyone has green lemons (limes) growing in their yards. Would a full switch to green lemons be bad wine?
Yes 👍🏼 you can try because they are similar
Limes will have some bitterness to them and be careful not to add any of the pith (white part of the skins). Orange is tasty, but needs quite a bit of time to age, it can be very funky when still young. But both work well.
Fantastic Sor
Spectacular 🥳
How many grams of sugar should i put to start the recipe if i want to make that lemon wine sparkling 🙏?

Follow the quantity of this recipe
That means 500grams of sugar to start with in this lemon wine recipe if I want the wine sparkling!??
@user-yz8hc9ty7l 👍🏼
🙏
Do I have to shake the fermentor from time to time for this recipe like for the pineapple wine!?
is there a raisin flavor in the wine?
No , only lemon but you need them for the fermentation
I followed the recipe exactly, i just double everything (7liters of water, 3kilos of sugar,...) and after one month, the wine content 32degrees of alcohol 😵💫is it safe to drink it? I tried, the taste is very good
Perfect 👍🏼 place drink with moderation
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato i did it again . And this time 50 degrees of alcohol 🤦♂️😵💫😁why is that? The fermentation ran too much?
I did the same recipe with 7 liter of water and only 1kilo of sugar and i obtained 8 degrees only
What the risk if I put more than 10grams of sugar in 1 liter??? It will explode??? I want the wine very sparkling, what is the amount to make it very very sparkly???
?
Yes 👍🏼 10 g it will be very sparkling ✨
1160 gr of sugar = the one from fruits + added. In case of lemons 1kg of lemons + 1160 gr of sugar + 4 L of water + 5 gr of champagne yeast = 15-18alc wine.
Ok 👍🏼
Do we need yeast and sugar?
Yes 👍🏼
Can you do someone with the raisins you removed or you cannot eat them ?
You can cook it or add to some dish but the test is particular
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato thanks 😇

I do not understand this recipe. I need 10 lemons, this I understand. My lemons are large like your yellow lemons. I picked my lemons from the tree, so I know the skin is okay. How many lemons do I need for the skin, and how many lemons do I need for the juice?
10 lemons 🍋😉
I've tried this with yeasts that supposedly can tolerate 16% alcohol with yeast nutrients and the final wine was rather dry with quite a kick.
Be careful when serving this wine chilled, tastes like lemonade and you'd be surprised how quickly it can get you drunk
Yes 😬 be careful
Don't drink wine, gotta say I'd give this a go!
Keep us updated 😉
Of course, let me say this so that there is no question for anyone, I am not saying that the date of origin of wine is for the glorious and shocking empire of the Sassanids. Give it to Iran and the Iranians are the best wine makers in the whole world, and the best grapes are Male Shiraz of Iran, which unfortunately the Europeans copy. Doing it because of the conditions of our country
You can find good wine 🍷 in many countries my dear 😉 trust me. But very important is to drink with moderation 🙂
In all your recipes of wine making, I have the impression the content of sugar is too much. It looks one gets a liqueur and not wine. If you want to make liqueur, how much sugar will you use than, 50%?
😂👍🏼
How my glass of water
🤔 ?
lets make a wine from ketchup, cubic sugar, orange and moldy bread

There's a UA-camr who makes those sorts of wines called Bartos Ezerjó.
It's only in Hungarian though.
I advise Italians not to look at his pizza recipes, you will lose your sanity i warned you.
Isn't that called Pruno🤭
Actually, that's not as crazy as it sounds. I've been looking at Borshch recipes and one of the ingredients (well, 'dressings' really) is Kvass.
Description from Nourished Kitchen: "Kvass, a traditional Eastern European fermented drink typically made with stale, toasted sourdough rye bread. While bread kvass is the most popular, other versions exist including those made with beets and fruit.
It tastes of honey and malt, similar to a cross between a blonde beer and mead; however, it contains much less alcohol than these drinks. Owing to its brief fermentation cycle, it usually contains as much alcohol as other similar drinks, such as kombucha or water kefir, ranging from .3 to 1.5% (1)."
Thats a lot of sugar
Sweet wine 🍷😉👍🏼
