When Eren transformed for the first time from inside the belly of the Santa Titan, it happened within mere seconds of him being swallowed; you can see it if you slow down the playback speed; even Armin can be seen still on his knees on the roof. This is the one small detail I never see mentioned in these type of videos. #25 might just be coincidence, but the bit about the Devil of All Earth being Eren’s Attack Titan might be enough to establish a deep side plot. Off to develop my own head canon based on that
