Thanks for breaking these steps down in a ways I can understand. I truly need to understand very well in this enzyme process-I cannot thank you enough.
Can you please solve this question ? An enzyme following Michaelis - Menten kinetics with Vm = 2.5 mmol m-3 s-1 and Km = 5.0 mM was used to carry out the reaction in a batch stirred reactor. Starting with an initial substrate concentration of 0.1 M. The time required for 50% conversion of the substrate will be about
The Protease Kinetic Substrate's velocity is as co-valent and ionic configured according to the strength of the active ingredients, it is also correlated with the compounds ionic strength in order to repel or attract the compound/substance. The velocity or the speed always relies on the ionic strength of the compound, and that of its charges, since it also maintains its compound and non compound properties to bond and non bond ions/protease amines that consists the organs. ePLDT/PLDT/SME-SMC-Subsidiaries/Telecommunications and partner Industries, are well incorporated regarding developments in medical science and engineering, Tierage 1 and 2, Levels 1 and 2 SME-MCO, Generalists, GP, RN, MCR, Surgeons, Cardiologists, Neurologist, Pharmacologist, Pediatrician,Radiologist, Medical Tech. Hey your content was Awesome and Highly Useful for my Exam, Thanks a lot and stay healthy ☺🤗
Very good explanation

So does this mean, a higher value in velocity, will have a greater impact on the reaction?
Yes High value of Vmax will deplete substrate faster and eventually plateay will be achieved that means no more product production
Thank you so much o❤❤❤❤
very helpful thanks a lot
Very helpful, thanks so much!
why scientists use the initial velocity of an enzymatic reaction to calculate the kinetics of an enzyme.
Best
Thank you sir
thank you boss
Thank you🙏
