God bless you ,that was the best explanation ❤
And now it is very well clear by listening to you
During college days I'm also confused about inhibition...
It's surprise to hear from you that you were also 🤔
Thanks for your wonderful explanation
YOU HELPED ME A LOTTTTTTTTTT
Great, I saw many videos on this topic but no one was explaining the graph.
They were just making the derivations.
So in the instance of testing the efficacy of a drug, purely in terms of the affects established in these graphical representations, which would be most effective? one that increases only the km vs lowering the vmax? which one would have more effect on a favorable or unfavorable outcome? (how to tell if the drug "works")?
THIS EXPLANATION IS SO GOOD
Thank you, great and simple explanation!:)
This was very helpful. Thank you
very easy to follow. thanks so much!
Thanks
Definitely helpful.
thanks a lot
Wowwwwww❤❤❤
What a VIDEO
why is the vmax decreasing ?
Cuz of non competitive inhibitor
Vmax decreasing means:
the efficiency of the enzyme to convert the substrate into the product decreases. The maximum velocity or the maximum rate of the enzyme is affected (decreased) by uncompetitive and non competitive inhibition.
great video!!!
