Brilliant leg workout. Since lockdown started in the UK, I've put the heaviest ankle weight money can buy on the minute I wake up and only take them off if I'm going out or going to bed. It's amazing how doing normal household duties with weights on help. Going to save this for everyday
It’s a great workout, but please just be mindful, that it could lead to an injury if you twist, or go too heavy. Especially knees and ankles. It’s just what I had read some time back. Maybe,talk to your doctor about it’s safety for all day.

I did not use the ankle weights and I definitely felt these exercises, FYI. I too am having difficulties trying to find the daily challenge. I was hoping to just go to UA-cam and click on your daily playlist but I guess not

Love love love it - dug my ankle weights out only to remember that I bought them when I was about 12 so they don’t actually fit around my ankles now! Did the workout without and it was still slightly challenging and improved my mobility. Thanks for all your lovely videos - carefully executed moves, great music and a smiley face are a winning combination.

Yes that was challenging the last time I put the weight at m6 ankles and in the night (sleeping) my legs we’re non stop moving LOLL so this time I did it without the weight JUST AS GOOD 🦵🦵🙏🙏

What size leg weights do you use as I hve osteoarthritis in hip
I love your workouts, but my doctor says , to avoid further damage to my knees, no squats and not lunges. So those are not great for all of us over 50s. I modify your routines as appropriate. Thanks. Sff
