I noticed you are bending your knees in all the exercises. I didn’t notice it as much in earlier videos. Is this to protect the back ? I have a bad low back so anything to not aggravate it and still workout is my goal. Thanks, your a great motivator!

Hi Schellea! I work at a Preschool and we just cl oil sed for summer vacation. It was a good year covid wise and we did it ! I'm going on a vacation to the mountains and excited to try this video in the hotel's fitness center tomorrow morning. Thank you for showing us we can actually make our bodies fit and beautiful!!
My burn score was 3 maximum but I've been doing batwing exercises about 2 times a week for a few months. But I still haven't noticed any batwing improvement. I do know batwing exercising needs to be done several days a week with a barely tolerable burn by the end of the workout. Trying to step it up. I'm so thankful for all of Shelly's videos.
Really like the arm routine. I have very painful legs due to a muscle disorder, so I do all exercises out of a chair. This arm routine can be done very well out of a chair. I would appreciate more chair workouts.

I did this workout for the first time this morning. Started with 1.5kg (3lbs) - but halfway through realised that was just a tad ambitious!! Reduced to 1kg (2lb) - that will be my chosen weight for a while on this one I think! 🏋️♀️
