Love the new video! Really well put together. I gotta ask because I learn so much from your videos, what is the benefit of saving the pins? I always toss them because I figured they’re only worth ten cents for all 6 of them and it’s not worth it. I think I must be missing something though? Thanks for sharing all these tips!

If you think about it, you’re making $75 an hour and it takes you probably I don’t know 15 minutes to cut a new key and find a key pin the cylinder all that stuff for one little teeny job. Why not save all this junk in a Maybe, I’ll use it bucket the worst case scenario is you impressed the fact that this isn’t a throwaway society Locksmiths are a very frugal bunch🛀🏽💰

I like how relaxed you are lol. I’m usually hustling to finish the job. I don’t talk to the customers much once I start or until after I finish and I don’t take breaks. Maybe it’s because I drink a lot of coffee and I maybe it’s also because I have another job I gotta do afterwards. It’s nice though when it’s a straight forward job and there’s no rush.

I never save old pins just the new cylinder that I ripped apart there I saved all three cylinders pins and the keys were already cut so why throw them away everything‘s money I don’t know times money I guess just something to throw out to the crowd and to hear responses

@odinslockllc me too when I gave away most of my stuff in Florida. I had cases and cases of that beautiful wonderful parts and pieces totally invaluable when you need one and surprisingly you need a lot of those ones.
